Great quality
Very easy to install, for the price I’m really impressed with the quality, have been wearing them for about a month now and still going strong

Very cool
A little stiff and dull (lacking shine and softness) BUT they're still very good quality and very lightweight. My natural dreads have very thin, weak roots so it's very cool to be able to add body with extensions that don't pull on the roots :)

Very synthetic, though the browns look better than the grey
Honestly, I bought these for a puppet, but I've made a lot of puppet/doll/sized wigs in my time, so I'm used to handling and working with both man-made and real hair in that context. It's worth checking closely before you buy, as there's a variety of lock types here; some are singles, others are doubles folded at the centre-point, and some are plaited or curled. I got the grey, and in that case, you're getting ten singles, folded at the top and held with a black elastic, and all the hair turned down into a single lock. So you get ten strands. Wight was pretty accurate at 38g.On the plus side, the choice of colours is great, and others have mentioned that their colour (browns, it seems) look very natural, with several shades mixed in I bought the grey, but that was a single tone, and so not as lifelike at all. I'm not sure why manufacturers always do grey as a single tone, because of all the natural colours, it's the one that naturally consists of multiple other colours and shades all mixed in - that's what defines a natural grey. They're very light indeed, so it would be easy to add a lot of these and not have it feel unnaturally heavy, I think. As promised, they are absolutely zero odour. On the minus... well, they're definitely not "shiny and silken"! In fact they're very matt and pretty stiff. The only reason they're not stiffer is that the actual individual locks are quite thin (nothing wrong with thinner locks, and it does say they're thin, so no problem there), so the weight isn't as great. But they really do have the texture of a non-stick pan cleaner. It feels very much like they did the twist, then used heat to pull in all the flyaway strands, melting them back into the main lock, and giving it a coarse texture in the process. Since there are no visible melts, I'm guessing they used boiling water. It's also not soft. In fact it's so coarse that I'd be worried that it would damage any real hair that it came into regular contact with by picking and pulling at it, if it was mingled in. I think it'd also make any real dreadlocks look very untidy by catching at single strands within them and pulling them, due to that rough texture. The very ends of the hair which haven't been involved in the twisting process are actually very soft, so it's the process rather than the synthetic hair which has toughened up the fibres. All in all I guess they look like what they are, a sort of a mid-range, synthetic dreadlock. I don't think you'd be fooling anyone into thinking that the grey version of these are real, as the quality of the hair isn't great (or as I said, that may be the finish). But to be fair with many styles that's not really the point. They're just a statement to be mixed in with real hair. If you wanted to do a full head, I think it'd turn out to be very expensive.

Amazing!
Oh my god I absolutely love them!! They're exactly as in the picture, which for some.resson haor extensions arent always that way. They blend into my natural dreads PERFECTLY and they look perfectly natural and are so light, while giving my hair more volume. I love them, good job you guys! Very good price for this quality too, I had my doubts but I'm happy you proved me wrong! Will definitely be ordering from you again. Thank you!

Great colour match but lacking weight and softness
I chose the 20 strands of thin locks in grey as I have a mix of pure white/silver grey hair that's relatively fine. The colour match was perfect. The locks come in a little ziploc bag with a very lightweight and rather cheap crochet hook that was very sharp and difficult to get out of the bag as it was firmly enmeshed in the locks. After managing to get the crochet hook free and separating the locks, it's very obvious that they're synthetic. Each lock "strand" is very light and feels extremely coarse, they're definitely not shiny. The locks being coarse helped when I was putting them in as there was a kind of velcro effect with my own hair but, and this is a big but, when trying to get them out, they were a nightmare and I ended up having to cut one out of my hair. Even with the addition of conditioner and varying oils (as you'd use if you were un-dreading your own hair), it didn't make things easier as the locks are synthetic so weren't softened or lubricated.I honestly wouldn't use these in my hair again as they are but... as an alternative you could thread the locks onto a band using the elastic at the top and turn them into a ponytail, bun or general hair accessory but for the price, there's probably something already made for that purpose which would be better value.Overall, these dreadlocks are OK if you want something very temporary but I wouldn't recommend leaving them in for a long time. And, even though I have fine hair, I'd have needed about three more packs of 20 to get all my hair into locks so, at that point, these would be a very expensive for something temporary.

Good quality for the price
I thought I ordered double ones that you plait in like it showed in the picture, I got singular strands that I had no idea how to put in. My bad for not checking better. Turned out I like the single strands more and they weren't that hard to install at all. Very pleased, ordered again.

Nice colour. easy to fit. a little scratchy.
I wouldn't choose these for long term wear, as they have a slightly scratchy texture. I may try hand washing them with fabric softener. I henna my hair, and the colour is good to blend in with that (the copper ones)you get a good amount of them, and a hook to help attach them to your natural hair.I would use these more for dressing up occasions,/cosplay, rather than to wear day to day, because of the texture. I think they would make my neck itchy.however I think they are ideal for if you just fancy changing up your look for an occasion without committing to anything.if they are too long, it seems like they would be easy to trim and then rework the ends so they're not blunt.having known several people with dreadlocks, I know they take a lot of maintenance, and this is a good way to get the look more easily.you could also, if you wanted to, attach them to a hair comb so they are even easier to add in.
