Easy setup, works great
The neckless is very inexpensive, no monthly frees. It can be setup to notify multiple persons. I would like to be able to connect it to a wristband to prevent accidental trips if anyone has ideas. Battery stays charged for weeks on end. Great bargain for the price.

Great for elderly parents / grandparents
This is a great option for your elderly family members who are fall risks. We got this for my grandmother after she broke her hip. When she presses the button, it sends alerts to mine and my dad’s iPhones. There is a piece that plugs into the wall and the necklace with the button on it.Pro:-Easy set up from instructions-Sends us alerts within 10 seconds of her pushing the button-buttons battery life is excellent. It is rechargeable and comes with a cord to charge it. We have only had to charge it onceThe cons:-it only works in range of the WiFi router. If the power goes out or if she wants to go out further into the yard, it won’t work.- the alerts you get on your phone need to be louder. There is no way to make the notifications any louder than they currently are

It still does not work even after I paid extra for a "subscription"
It's a simple device, with a button pushed, the base sounds alarm and a phone app reacts. A $15 "subscription" is required for the phone notification to work. So I paid for it. Now if I have the app open I can see the alerts. If I do not unlock the phone and get the app open and waiting, I got nothing. I tried on both Galaxy and iPhone. What a joke.

EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR!
This caregiver caller so far has been working perfectly. I'm not sure why so many others are having problems. Yes! A subscription is required to get an emergency call via phone which for my case is not important. When the caller is pressed, my phone makes a loud siren noise and get an emergency notification which is all I need. My 89yr old dad with dementia can reach me anywhere and not just in the confines of our home. Also, excellent value.

Works great
Very well thought out product at a low price. Sends alarm locally and to other's texts. I checked range and it covers 300 ft. from indoors to outdoors. I recommend it.
