It is nowhere mentioned about the authors Ethan Mollick (Author), David De Cremer (Author), Tsedal Neeley (Author), Prabhakant Sinha (Author) in the book. Definitely contributors have been named, not sure about the reason. Just consider this as an observation, nothing more.
