Works quite well. Ideal for going through car wash with rotating brushes.

Short. Even with the small extender (only about 3/4"). Put it on and drove about 1400 miles. No problem. Got signal when it was available. No immediate problems. I like the flexibility because of the brushed car washes are terrible. Very good product for the price.
