Head Handler Shaver

The Head Handler Shaver is reasonably effective and so far, its batteries have not died on me. It does take about 15 minutes to do a decent job cutting the stubble on your head and if you're a bit OCD like I am, you will want to use a safety razor to "finish-off" the job. I have had 5 total shoulder surgeries of the rotator cuffs on both shoulders and, as with most surgeries, I would have been better off, had I had NONE. As a result of the surgeries - which did nothing but make matters worse - the range of motion of my shoulders all but permits me from shaving my head with a safety razor. I use this shaver to get the bulk of the SHORT stubble on my head and then "clean-up" what remains, as best I can with a razor. If you have the normal range of motion in your shoulders, just shave your head with a safety razor. For my purposes, due to my limited range of controlled motion in my shoulders, this type of shaver is necessary for me. Please understand that for this shaver to be at all useful, you MUST use it at least ONCE A WEEK. If you wait longer than that, the head hair will be too long for this shaver to be effective.

I have purchased three of these. One for myself, one as a gift for my son and a third when one came apart. The Head Handler works beautifully for bald heads. I use it either every day or every other day with good and quick results. I hardly use a razor and cream to keep my head shaven. If you are looking for a electric head shaver then this is it. When I returned the razor that the head came off of they were quick to respond. There is a one year warranty on this item to either be repaired or replaced. One other quality, it seems the charge works for quite a long time and can be recharged quickly with a standard USB cable. Great product. My son loves his as well.

Shipping was very fast, but that about does it for the good news. After charging it up, the first thing I noticed when I turned it on was that it was fairly quiet but it was also a very slow motor, not what I was used to with other electrics I have owned. Ok, so I used this every other day for 3 weeks, and the shave was never what I would call close. Even after going over and over the same areas for 20 - 25 minutes, it still felt like day old stubble. Also if I waited too many days to shave, it would pull the longer hairs instead of cutting painlessly. The only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of one, was it was light and easy to handle but didn't do the job.

It is not heavy , charge is easy if you want bald need to pass two times. For me it is perfect for price. I have only concern about battery. Now looks gut but it is getting empty quicker future if i will not have problem about battery I can change this 4 star to 5 star

I saw the reviews about the battery crapping out or not charging and I was certain it was due to people not securing the silicon charging door cover. So when I got mine, I made that thing was fully closed after charging and before and after each use. After 3 uses, it’s dead and won’t charge. The light turns red when you plug it in but it wont hold a charge at all.The port door was always closed and I barely got any water on it, just rinsing the blades.As far as the cut, I feel my head is relatively normal shaped and this design got the sides just fine but it struggled a bit on the top of my head. I had very little expectations being that this is one of the lower cost options as far as this design goes. I really just wanted to test out the blade design on my head and now that I know it works, I’ll upgrade to the pitbull platinum.

After less than a year of using 1 to 2 times a week to shave my head unit will not charge due to poor fit with cable and unit.

Shaver did a great job shaving my head every day under the shower. First charge lasted for a week, but less and less with later charges.After 3 weeks battery is dead, shows empty after fully charged and once plug pulled. If I had the packaging, I would return.
