Been taking this however i can not use at night: seems to mess up my sleeping. Sleep 4hrs up 30 then back an asleep for 2 hrs. Up for 30 then back to sleep for another hr. I stopped going back to sleep after I woke up after the 2hrs..Confirmed stopped taking before bed. Sleep has really improved cognitive is better also. Can say yes this will stay in my routine…

Supplements help close the gap between modern nutrition levels in our food, and the levels that were there when I was young. But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies, and some of the lowest. So I try and give a detailed enough review to help get to know the company and the product better, to help you determine for yourself if you want to try this one out or not.This bottle comes full to the neck; that almost never happens nowadays! Nice.If used as directed it will last eight months.The "best before" date on mine (THANK YOU for not putting it on the bottom!) is Feb 28, 2027, so about 2.75 years from now.There is a light herbal scent and taste to the tiny capsules, and they are easy to swallow with water.I like my supplement bottles to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and Made in USA. This says none of those. The product page says 3rd-party tested, ISO 17025 certified lab tested, and has a cGMP stamp.Even though I have occasionally used and liked BulkSupplements over the years, I look into the supplement companies I use now because I've come across so many shady ones. The bulksupplements site is functional, and even says they have COAs (I believe that is Certificate of Authenticity) available for all their products. I don't see a phone number but they do have a chat feature on the site, and they have a listing on Google Maps with both an address and phone number.That being said, I found an article from the end of 2023 done by an online lab which tested 15 supplements from BulkSupplements and 1/3 of them did not pass. Reasons included some that contained almost none of the advertised supplement, one had toxic metals, and another had 2.75x more potassium chloride in it than was listed on the label (scary, because that is involved with electrical signaling of the heart). They have already made some improvements after this article came out, but now I am wary of the more than one dozen supplements I have from them. If you are getting their products it's also good to order from Amazon because based on online reviews there are quite a few unhappy direct order customers with regards to shipping and customer service issues.Thank you for reading, I hope this was helpful.

Adding Cordyceps Mushroom supplements to my regimen is new for me.I have done my research about Cordyceps Mushroom, and so should you. The positive attributes I'm looking to experience for my personal issues are the added Oxygen intake and the antiinflamatory properties.Bulk Supplements is a US made product that sources their ingredients from reputable sources.These Cordyceps Mushroom supplements are the best value for a quality product that I've been able to find.

Bulk Supplements is a US company that's been in business since 2013, and offers hundreds of supplements. They say they have an in-house lab that runs multiple tests on all of their raw ingredients. The bottle of cordyceps I got has an expiration date 2.5 years in the future. I would've preferred if the manufacturer had used a seal around the outside of the lid too, instead of only an inside seal. I'm unsure how the serving size compares to other brands of cordyceps I've been using, since they're measured in different ways.

The pills are smaller than other brands so I take more so it's actually more expensive, plus the bottle pictured is not the bottle you receive it's much smaller
