It warms up my bedroom in about an hour and takes about two hours to heat my living room. It distributes heat evenly and keeps the space comfortable without drying out the air. Installation was very easy, and I had it up and running in no time. Overall, this electric fireplace is a fantastic addition to any home, delivering both style and efficiency. Highly recommend!

Very disappointing experience from start to finish. The fireplace arrived damaged, with broken and crushed corners right out of the box. The packaging was also in bad shape, which clearly didn’t protect the unit during shipping. Despite this, I had already paid a technician to install it, so we proceeded with the installation. After everything was mounted, the fireplace never turned on. It simply did not work at all. To make matters worse, the actual measurements did not match the dimensions listed by the seller. Because of this, we had to modify and partially demolish the wall to make it fit, which cost me additional time and money. I ended up wasting money on professional installation for a product that doesn’t even function. Customer service was not helpful either. I explained the situation and the extra expenses I incurred, but they were dismissive and unwilling to offer any type of credit or solution. Overall, this was a very frustrating and expensive mistake. I would not recommend this fireplace to anyone.

Love this heater for several reasons! First, it actually heats my living room space (approx 230sq ft) providing a noticeable warmth. Also, it looks nice! The slim design allows it fit nicely in our space. The realistic flames provides the perfect ambiance I was looking for to enhance our cozy space. But what makes it perfect for me, is the ease. I got just what I wanted and could easily put the legs on and it was ready to go. There's also a remote control, but that's bonus because all the other features sold me.

Okay this is TOO cute! I'm not about to light a whole fire in my fireplace because I'll burn my house down, knowing my level of coordination, but I get cold very easily. This is the best kind of solution! The legs screw in quickly, easily, and securely. Just add batteries to the remote, plug the unit in, and you're good to go! It lights up with a real-looking flame and pumps out heat immediately. You can adjust the temperature and put it on a timer to automatically shut off, in case you forget or fall asleep. My pup loves it too. He'll watch it like it's a TV, so I get warmth and entertainment all in one. Absolutely fabulous space heater, with both form and function.

Love this ! Makes the room feel so cozy. Puts out a great amount of heat. Like the different color options. Do wish there were more . Liked the thin frame that sat close to the wall as much as possible as I did not want something sitting out to far. Is petty quiet when putting out heat which was a feature I was looking for when shopping. Easy to install. Seams to be made of good quality worth the price. One drawback back is when turning on and off it makes a loud beep which can not be adjusted. So anyone sleeping in the home will hear it when you turn on or off. I wish they gave a few more rocks as there are a few bare spots if you look close enough and I feel like it needs more sticks. But you can always purchase more separately I’m sure and you space these out itself so you can adjust as needed to your own liking. Biggest drawback was the loud beep noise with on and off and limited color options

I like everything about it, the options I have to install outside the wall or the inside, I’m going to install inside the wall, it’s funny how real the fire looks, unboxing was a challenge thinking I didn’t want to brake the front glad until I noticed that this thing could be dropped from the truck and nothing would happen since it’s was so well packed. The features of the timer and temperature settings was a plus, and also I like the Blue fire, something different, FYI it’s does the job of heating the place.definitely value for the money. Also to mention that all setting can be done via remote control or directly from the front panel.
