Avoid this machine and seller
Not working properly right from purchase, the service team is pathetic , unresponsive. Very poor experience, had to throw away the machine.

Machine is used every day. I've always wanted this coffee machine and so glad that I finally got it. Easy to clean and easy to use.

I would not buy this again. Making 2 or more coffees will require some patience due to the machine is slow. Settings on water temperature well, who knows how it works if it works at all. I don't notice any temperature difference. Steaming the milk takes over two minutes for one regular cup. Then after I wait for another minute for the system to reset the temperature. Makes good coffee but if I run a small business with this machine, customers will go elsewhere. Good for a single person for everyday use really. If there's more than one coffee lover, well, buy a stronger model.
