I own several Red Light devices: a Capillus cap, Tendlite and DKT red LED flashlights, an infrared LED Therapy Belt, and multiple sturdy metal RL models by Deektrion. Each serves a similar purpose, and yet are different in application. The benefits are soon obvious: less pain from osteoarthritis, better skin tone and color, and body soothing warmth from infrared light, countering some of the issues with neuropathy. My favorites are the Deektrion Red Light Therapy units. I have the DK300 and DK600 stand/hang models with high irradiance values. I have used them daily for several months. and love their performance and cost effective value. I recently added another unit, by iPlantop similar to the DK300. This one is black and sleek looking. Also built solid, yet light enough to hold over body parts without hanging it (however you can, with the hooks and accessories provided.) The definitive feature is a NEW, more stable stand. It allows for more flexible placement in the room, on a dressing/coffee table, or even tilting upright and low, on a mattress. Because it is black, it “hides” unobtrusively in a corner or closet. As others, it has a robust AC cord with thick AC cord and an on/off switch built into the cord. The built in fans to cool the LEDs is softer and less noticeable than previous models by Deektrion. Personally, I think it is an inexpensive luxury, with components for health that merit your consideration. The warranty provides peace of mind. I have contacted their support team and received immediate non-robotic answers to questions. You can spend more, but I do not think you would receive a better overall product.

We were quite amazed at the durability of this product when we received it. It appears very sturdy and even comes with a 3-year warranty. Which btw is one of the reasons for our purchase decision. This feature was not in the description, however, another reviewer mentioned it and it was a great bonus for our buying decision. As mentioned, it is very solidly built, comes with multiple options for setting up and even includes some red light shades. So far, so good. Seems to be helping with circulation and pain. Based on our short experience we would recommend :)

I recently ordered this led panel, it came very quickly. I find it very easy to use, it is well built, and is the perfect size, and weight. It’s great on different body parts. I use it on my face for rejuvenation, and hands for arthritis. It came with goggles and metal hooks for door and sturdy cord. I have been researching led panels and for this price point it is definitely worth it. I also like the 3 year warranty. The customer service to register the warranty was friendly and responded quickly.

Below is my previews review. Since I last submitted the review, I heard from Deektrion and within a few days, they replaced the unit. I am happy to give this unit a five star since the seller lived up to its warranty promise. As I stated before, the unit lived up to all my expectations and more. It is because the red light and near-infrared light that I am free of gallbladder pain and I still have my gallbladder. Previews review: I liked everything and was very pleased with the product, except that the legs holding the unit kept giving up and the unit would fall unless I got to it in time. One day I was not able to reach it in time and it fell on the floor causing the unit to smell a burnt smell. So I did not feel safe in using it after that. I am waiting to hear back from the company for an appropriate replacement. I would give the unit a Five Star if it was not for that problem.

I purchased a different infrared light device two years ago that was more expensive than this. and absolutely love it! So when a family member recently had an injury I didn’t hesitate and going online and purchasing them this Hooga infrared light device because it has the exact same specifications of wavelength of light as my expensive model but was a quarter of the price! I wanted to see how they stack up and while my big namebrand product is a bit nicer made. I think this one from Amazon works just as well. My expensive one has a better warranty and looks like it will last a decade or more but for the price this guy is fantastic! If you’re not on board with the science of infrared and near infrared light, you should look it up because it’s more than a decade in heavy research and used by professional athletes and skintellectuals worldwide. I highly would recommend this if you’ve had an injury to a muscle or joint or ligament or if you just want to combat fine lines, and wrinkles, or need a little more free from your workouts!

I unboxed this panel and the first thing I noticed was how thin it was. I wasn't necessarily sure if this was a bad thing, so I used it for a 10 minute session. What I found was that the irradiance of the unit simply can't be anywhere near the advertised 120mW/cm2 at 6". I use several of these types of panels daily, some rated even lower output than this one, and this panel put out very little energy as far as I could tell and far less than even my lowest rated panel. While to be fair I don't have any actual equipment to measure the true irradiance of these panels, my body could definitely tell the difference. I think this is a classic case of getting what you paid for, so I simply returned it and went with a different brand that was a bit more expensive, but definitely puts out much more light energy.

I also use it on my face, and I've noticed a significant improvement in my skin texture and fine lines. This device is easy to use and incredibly versatile. I can target specific areas whether it's for pain relief or a skincare boost. Plus, the treatments are super relaxing.

Although on first inspection this was reasonably well made, it failed to comply with UK electrical standards. It did not come with a UK specification plug and most worrying there was no electrical continuity between the metal parts of the case and the earth cable. I had to disassemble and modify to make it safe.
