My mom loved it. She also wants it in black, so I am buying it in black also. Great quality. Beautiful color. Not super heavy like other bags like this one. Very happy with my purchase.

It was packaged nicely when it was delivered. It looks well made, no loose threads. The only concern I have is the zipper does not glide smoothly and tends to stuck with fabric lining inside the bag. I still like it and will use it for my next trip.

Took forever to get but, worth the wait. Appears to be well made.

The backpack has received many compliments. But one thing that needs to improve is better quality zipper. Opening and closing is an issue. Zipper gets stuck a lot.
