These have the the absolute best method to get me to sleep. Easily just pop one convenient little gummy in and I'd be asleep in minutes. Tastes alright. My ONLY real complaint is that this company DOES NOT EVER make enough. Once I'm nearing empty, I will often come back to see if I could purchase these, only to find them out of stock, meaning I'd have to rely on their Dream Powder, which I hate the taste of, is far less convenient, and doesn't work on me. They need to take the hint and create more stock to hit the demand. I can't keep doing this dumb game of "Is it available NOW???" in the hopes that I can sleep well

If you’re looking at this product, you’ve probably, like me, tried lots of other sleep products that say they’ll get you better sleep. Now I’ll tell you why this one is my favorite. If you look under “About this item” it says Sweet Dreams Melatonin Gummies work in part by “calming the mind.” I’m already somebody with a calm mind, so I didn’t know I still could use help in that department. But these days I guess it’s never ending!! Like other sleep products, it helps you get restful sleep, and knocks you out. But I actually stayed up quite a bit, enjoying moments of clarity, potentially from some of the extra added ingredients. I had moments of realization, philosophical conclusions years in the making, and made peace with so many things that were subconsciously preventing me from the improved sleep I’m otherwise capable of. The other reviews here are accurate about the great taste, lack of grogginess the next day, and other facets.

I would recommend trying other cbd or melatonin gummies for sleep, as these have no actual effects compared to other gummies on the market.
