Great replacement battery for Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus.
I needed to replace the battery in my Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus because it expanded out of the case. 4500mAh High Capacity battery has worked great for the last 45 days. no problems at all. it discharges to about 55% in 2 days of use. no problems at all. read the instructions well and use command sense and you want have a problem. local shops wanted $115.00 to $185.00 to replace and a 3 to 6 week replacement time frame because they had to order the battery themselves.

Everything to replace battery
Purchased this battery kit for my Samsung 8+. The battery top expanded and stopped working. This caused back glass apart so I didn't have to heat up. To make it easier all you need to remove is top black piece. Make sure you unscrew all of them on top (2 hidden under tape in middle top area). Also remember where battery plug adapts to.. I have NEVER taken apart or fixed anything electronic so it wasn't difficult and took less than 15mins. Saved me $$

Pretty straight forward, simple.
The mention of "durability" as a con seems to be more user error? As there is an adhesive underneath the battery and if you're not careful and patient, you'll bend it or puncture it. I got lucky and the adhesive started loosening while the battery expanded so didn't need a heat gun. Did ruin the "paint" on the inside of the panel around the edges... But for what I need or for, it's highly tolerable. So all in all, great kit. Battery capacity feels noticable once you calibrate it.

Questionable shipping & seemingly good to go
Shipping fulfilled by Amazon. Ordered 9/11/24, expected by 9/16/24. Received email that it finally shipped 9/16/24 and when I went through Amazon "help" options to figure out what was going on, I see a message "sorry for the delay, if you don't receive by 9/22/24 then you can come back for a refund". Ok...9/19/24 amazon says it was delivered and received by a resident who signed "aa". No one in my house got it and Amazon dares to show the little Google Map locator pin image as if to prove it'd been delivered to the house. 9/20/24 found the package in our mailbox. I'm assuming whoever mistakenly received it elsewhere was nice enough to drop in our mailbox. Obviously, I was anxious to get the replacement to see if I could salvage my phone. I'm not a social person so it wasn't horrible getting by using landline phones to contact whoever I needed to, but it's still a bit annoying being jerked around about when the package would be delivered. Additionally, the return window on this product ends on 10/16/24, 30 days after it "shipped", not 30 days after I technically received it. Anyway. The package contains exactly what is shown in the pictures. I watched the Samsung Galaxy S7 Battery Replacement youtube video by Tech Hobbies to replace. My original battery swelled enough so the back glass popped out on its own, so I didn't have trouble with that. Before I got this kit, I tried unscrewing the screws with some eyeglasses screwdrivers, but they were not robust enough to turn them. The body of the kit screwdriver doesn't seem to be of stainless steel, maybe some alloy, but the nice thing about it is the different heads attach to the body by magnet. Some of the screws were tricky to get out with the metal tweezers because the threads were catching, but I used the magnetized driver heads to attract it out. Magnetization was helpful keeping the tiny screws on the end of the driver when replacing. The plastic blue triangle wasn't great trying to get the battery out, I ended up using the other longer blue plastic tool to torque it out. The plastic is cheap--you can easily dent/"stress bend" the tools. I had to go at removing the battery at a different angle than the video, but it came out relatively quickly. At this moment, my phone is up and running. Other reviewers have said the replacement initially worked well but quickly lost charge capacity in a matter of weeks. I'm hoping that doesn't happen because I don't want to buy a new phone, but if it is going to die, hopefully it'll hold out long enough so I can take advantage of Black Friday deals. My phone recognizes the capacity of the battery as 3000 mAh. The little pamphlet inside says they warranty for 12 months. We'll see. Will update if it ends up sucking. Update 11/15/25: It's now over a year later and the battery functions like normal, as if I had the original battery still in place. I'm not an extensive phone user, so I'm able to go a few days on one charge...just like the original battery. If I was in need of a replacement battery again for my phone, I would buy this again.

Easy DIY Phone Battery Replacement with Minor Improvements
This kit made replacing my phone's battery surprisingly easy. With a quick YouTube tutorial and the included tools, I completed the installation in about an hour. After installation, the 5500mAh battery provided a remarkable 12.5 hours of use according to my phone. The magnetic screwdriver was incredibly helpful for handling the tiny screws, although I did lose one. Including a few extra screws in the kit would be a valuable addition. The provided adhesive was adequate, but for optimal water resistance, I recommend reinforcing it with some B-7000 glue. I also purchased a phone case for extra protection. Important Note: You'll need a heat gun or hair dryer to loosen the adhesive on the phone's back and the old battery. Overall, this kit offers excellent value for anyone looking to perform a DIY phone battery replacement. The improved battery life is a significant benefit.

Good set but instructions were poor.
Good set. Had all the tools. Battery is good. Bad instructions . Should have watched another YouTube video. Ended up shattering my back case but got the battery changed. My fault but better instructions would have helped.
