I could not get the unit app to connect to my phone. I turned off my phone and tried again and it still did not connect. My wife reset the modem, I turned my phone and off again and it connected.

Great device at a low cost to see in those hard to reach spots. Everything works as described. Easy to hook up. Not too big and doesn't hurt the ears.

I've always wanted to try something to clean my ears so I bought this on a whim since it wasn't very expensive. I was nervous to use this at first, but very slowly and carefully cleaned my ear with it and was amazed at the results. It comes with several pieces to use, however I only used two of them effectively. Maybe next time I'll try using some other pieces. I am very happy with my purchase and I would definitely buy this again.

At first I was really excited about the product. It got a light you could see your inner ear (scary! but fascinating), it got a little spoon to get ear wax out. BUT you alone just cannot get the wax out. you will just be poking around in the dark anyway because the top of the device is not flexible, so even the spoon is silicon, you still cannot bend it enough to get the ear wax out without poking your ears and eyes out! So the next day after I poked my ears a few times, my ear hurt a lot, and then after my swim, I got sick. I got a fever, I wonder if that's an ear infection from poking the ears too much.

Dear Amazon,Please ban the item, and any of the sellers.It is terrible. It doesn't connect via Bluetooth only wifi. It requires to download an app, that prompted me to register the product using Name, Address,and Credit card (information used to make fraudulent purchases on my dime.) spent 2 hours frustrated trying to get it to link with the app and then stop feeding to my phone after 15 seconds. While hold down a button to keep it connected for the 15 seconds. Save your money.
