Lovely watercolour paper notebook
Quality paper. Especially like that the cover is cloth bound.

Good quality sketching book
Reasonable quality watercolour paper. Well bound. I got the A5 size so when open it was A4. It slips into a bag and fits easily into the Stablo easel

Poor quality paper and doesn't lay flat without ripping the spine glue.
I finally decided to invest in a good watercolour sketchbook for my gouache painting. I was excited to receive this as the brand is well loved and the price is high compared to my usual sketchbooks. From the outside it's a nice looking book but the paper quality is very poor. Washi tape, even gently applied, takes away the top layer of the paper. The feel of the paper compared to my 100% cotton Arches paper is like paper pulp. I would have returned it but I have used a page to test so I have to keep it. Please don't waste your money on this.
