Excellent!
The water kettle is excellent! The size is perfect, it heats up very quickly, it’s portable, affordable, very easy to use. The best part is that you could use this around the world, which is a very rare thing to find. If you are purchasing this so that, you can hold the hot water in the container. This does not retain the heat very well at all. It is very effective and heating a hot water.

portable kettle
Amazing product! This was the best purchase I made this year! It is the size of a large cup, easy to pack in a suitcase, and I was able to make hot drinks and soups in my room in a remote area of France where I had no kettle or access to coffee or tea. It was very reliable. I could set a variety of temperatures and it kept the water at that temperature until i turned it off. It saved my vacation!

Hot water around the world.
This is a nice travel mug style kettle that can easily be brought and used around the world. It allows for the convenience of hot water in hotel rooms for those who need hot water. While the capacity isn't the largest as it is a mug design, it's a balance with potability and you can always pour some out and boil some more.

I use this daily. I am very happy with this product.
This heats my water for my MUD Water Cocoa. By the time I have my cup, cocoa, & cream laid out, the water is heated and ready to go. The auto shut off works fine in case I am delayed in my preps. It is quiet, the cord length is perfect for me and cleans up easily because I only put water in it.

Very convenient for travellers
Great product but it takes a while to heat up. A lot of patience is needed when waiting for the water to boil.

The least horrible option?
Giving a star because it brought water up to 212F in 7min 15sec per my thermapen. Also it didn't burn my house down during the test. So that's nice. First, I really want to know the story why they felt it necessary to tell me to definitely do not eat the paper. Like what happened there? On the bottom label... where to begin. Do they not know the capacity of their own product (hint: it takes 350ml or 12oz to be full. The "extra" room is for air and the instructions are quite clear to not exceed the max line. No idea where the "380ml" comes from? Just remember it's 12oz / 350ml and you'll be fine. My dear reader, there is no way this is "FCC", "CE" or "FDA" certified. They just slapped the logos on. I know this because I've actually worked with a lab to get hardware certified (UL and FCC) and well, I can tell you this won't pass. There's no fuse for example. Also, this doesn't need to be FDA certified. Even established brands like Kitchen Aid don't do FDA for kitchen appliances. And nowhere is there an FCC ID for certification. So minus one star for each lie. The cap is interesting and honestly the primary reason I purchased it. It is rather unique that it has a spout for pouring the water out. I thought it might be great way to do pour over coffee (V60 or Kalita Wave, etc) but I was wrong about that. So very wrong. Luckily, I decided to test this in the kitchen over my large sink and not say in a hotel room, because the design causes the water to not pour out, but rather SHOOT OUT over a foot and I got boiling hot water all over the counter. Could of easily burned someone had I not tried it out in a safe manner. No idea what they were thinking, but that drops a star because shooting boiling hot water is dangerous. Is this really 318 stainless steel? I dunno. It's not magnetic so it does indeed seem to be stainless. While the listing on Amazon says you can do soup, milk and oatmeal, the provided directions are quite clear to only heat water. No idea why you need 318 stainless for that... 308 is plenty fine for just plain water. There is no provided warranty or even a contact for support should issues arise. I've tried another travel kettle and they at least bothered to register an account on outlook.com so you could try contacting them. But this is cheap throw away product that when it dies you put it in the landfill and buy another. Consumerism at it's finest! So +1 star for heating water and not burning my house down on the first try. -1 star for fake FCC -1 star for fake CE -1 star for fake FDA -1 star for dangerous spout Do I keep it??? I dunno. Wish there was a quality product in this category that let me boil water for coffee while traveling that didn't scream fire hazard, but I've yet to find one. In theory dual voltage is nice, but not sure I'd ever fly with this since it's kinda bulky. Not all the units support 195F for coffee like this one so that's nice.

Nice item to have.
It took about 5 minutes to get refrigerated water to the coffee setting. With no mess you can make a great tasting pour over cup of coffee. Used daily for three weeks in motels during national park explorations. The cord stored inside the kettle. Husband did use occasionally for oatmeal, cups of noodles, etc. If you have priorities concerning your morning beverage that are worth a little extra fuss and baggage, this kettle is very useful and does what is claimed.

Great for camper vans or RVs!
We love this electric kettle. We use it in our camper van in the Summer time so we don’t have to heat up the van by using the propane stove. It’s quick (we use the 175° setting so we can drink right away). It has a nice little carrying case and is easy to clean. Our only complaint… the spout hole is so small, it will take you a full minute or longer to pour the hot water into your cup. That’s a small thing and otherwise this product is great!
