It's very firm , but comfortable and gives you the support you need for a good night sleep. The quality is excellent and the price was very good.

I have an older version of this pillow. My goodness, they have improved over the years! This one is a proper sized pillow, with which you can use a regular sized pillowcase. I have found it a bit on the firm side, but it will probably give a bit with use. I use this with an ordinary pillow underneath, as it's too low for me in its own. The bamboo cover is very comfortable and keeps you cool. I'm a side sleeper and find the pillow very comfortable overall.

I bought this pillow for my wife, however she found that it was too hard for her and didn't sleep very well.I was going to return it but I decided to try it myself, brilliant. I sleep better, don't move about in my sleep as much and don't snore which also benefits my wife's sleep!My wife is quite petit and light, I'm larger and heavier, whether this makes a difference when using the pillow I'm not sure?For the price what's not to like?

I've had the pillow for 4 weeks now . Supposed to give it 2 weeks to get used to it . But I still find it incredibly uncomfortable. Its a little better side sleeping , but shoulder starts aching. On my back I wake up with such a sore neck . I have give in now and gone back to my normal feather pillow . I wouldn't recommend it really.

Excellent if you are one of these people who always seem to have squishing pillows. Great back support if you are reading in bed.
