Excellent value for money and very effective pain relief for OA knees
They are good value. Very sticky providing that you apply them to clean skin. Rounding off the corners prevents the tape from being caught and rubbed off. I change the tape every other day. It remains stuck to skin even after showering.

Fab quality, fab price
I am a gymnastics coach and I need quite a lot of tape for my knees recently. The make I used before was too pricey for the amount I need. So I thought I would try these tapes and wow I am very pleasantly surprised about their quality, durability and effectiveness.
