This is my second order of this product and it was OK and did its job great.
When I received the Black Seed Oil softgels the top layer of pills came out with a little assistance from my finger. However the remaining pills were stuck together and stuck in the bottom of the bottle. I tried to vigorously shake them out with no luck. I also noticed that there was a wet oily film on the stuck pills. I finally got all of them out of the bottle but they were in real bad shape, stuck together, leaking,etc.
