The Clinical Documentation Sourcebook: The Complete Paperwork Resource for Your Mental Health Practice

Good with a lot of different resources, but MOST of it does not apply to my needs, as a psychologist. GI am not sure that which does work for me is worth the price. I may change my mind after more use, but limited.

The documentation available is extensive and pertinent to mental health practice, but this Fourth Edition makes reference to the DSM-IV, and I'm pretty certain newest HIPPA revisions are not included as this edition printed in 2010. Wondering if a new edition will be coming out with those two concerns in mind.

Kindle version is quite pricey and does not include the forms or supplemental materials found on the CD-Rom that is included with the actual book. Waste of money. And just so frustrating that the publisher does not include the materials in a web-based format.

As a clinical psychologist in independent private practice, I have always been interested in anything that can keep me ahead of the documentation curve. I found this book to be very helpful. The forms included on the disk were easy to modify for my specific needs. Why re-invent the wheel?

The book itself was very helpful, but the CD that came with the book does not open. Even after repeated attempts and assistance from the book's"helpline", it was useless.

This book was a life saver for me as I opened my solo practice this summer. Without it, I would have spent countless hours developing these forms myself. The feature that allows you to customize the forms is especially nice. I recommend this for new or veteran mental health workers.

Chock full of great info. Wonderful resource.

This item was not very helpful in the field of practice. It needs to be better in helping people to do the documentation required and lacks the help people need. It is miss leading.

Excellent resource for private practice paperwork.
