Looks great and works wonderful. Very easy to setup with the whole family. Took about 15 minutes to install and setup fingerprints and pass codes for a family of 5.

This lock forgets fingerprints and codes! The Alexa feature is nice, but reprogramming it everyday wasn't. Returned product.

Great lock, biometric fingerprint reader is very nice and reliable.

Doesn't work with TTL app where my other Hornbill locks are. If it was not too much trouble, I would box it up and return it.

Do not buy the batteries die within three days & you have to reset the pass codes & finger prints

I picked this up to replace a door lock that did not have Wi-Fi connectivity. I needed to be able to unlock the door for people when I am not at the location. This smart lock allows me to do that. Because I was replacing an existing lock installation was very simple, including the Bluetooth and Wi-Fi set up. The Wi-Fi gateway is included, which is amazing at this price point. The same gateway also allows you to connect to Alexa or Google devices. I tested each method of locking and unlocking the door, including the use of Google and they all were simple to set up and all worked great. I really like the customizable timed lock feature. I set mine to lock automatically after 10 minutes so it is never left open accidentally. The lock itself has an easy to read keypad and requires four AA batteries. There are voice prompts so that you know what the lock needs or is doing. The speed of the lock is very fast for locking and unlocking. This is an unbelievably great buy for what you get!

I didn't want to write a review too soon since home safety is an important subject. I've been using this door lock for over two months now.It is 100% reliable in locking itself after you come in the house. You can set how long it should wait before it locks itself. The keypad is very responsive and reliable when it comes to fingerprints. I wouldn't say it's not 99%, but more like 96% reliable. That's still pretty damn good for me.The Bluetooth connection doesn't reach very far, but when you're close it works very well to add new fingerprints or codes. I don't know what the limit is on fingerprints, but I have a lot of them registered for friends and family that I trust to come into my house whenever they want.I really like how easily accessible the battery compartment is for when they finally run out. I can confidently recommend this smart door lock.

The lock was easy to install but we could not get it to connect to the app. I called customer service and someone named Tara responded via text and arranged Face Time call. Tara was wonderful and figured out that the original lock was defective. She ordered a replacement which we received in one day. She scheduled a Face Time call and led us through the complete installation and use of the app. We love how the lock looks and works with our code or our fingerprints and we appreciate how Tara really helped us get it installed
