I could’ve spent $30 somewhere else and got better.
Great phone case. But 2 things. It comes in two pieces. The top piece of the case constantly comes off. And the most annoying thing. To turn the phone case battery on, you click the button once. 2 times turns it off. The power button is sticky and poor quality. The case CONSTANTLY turns on whether you accidentally click the button or not. I find myself turning the battery off at least 20 times a day. The power button should be a click and hold. Terrible programming choice to make it 1 click to turn on and 2 clicks to turn off. I honestly am 5/10 satisfied.

Top falls off ***UPDATE*** broke after 3 days
Top piece that’s suppose to snap in, keeps falling off. Had it for less than 12 hours and I already lost it! Very poor design. Extremely bulky as well!***UPDATE*** 3 days later!!! turns on but will not change my phone P.O.S!!! Don’t buy this, annoyed and disappointed

Works well enough.
This phone case works well enough for what was needed the inly complaint is that the top doesn’t stay on very well. Once the phone is slid into the case the top pops on but then just removing the phone from your pocket the top will come right off. So not the most solid case ever but I just needed it for the battery power so I will keep it.

Broke within a week
I bought this for my husband before we went on vacation because his phone battery doesn't last very long. The top of it kept popping off and it eventually broke so he could not use the case anymore. Disappointed that when plugged in, the phone doesn't charge first, only the case so then he would have to charge the phone with the case when not plugged in.

Battery helps, case is slim, too pops off
Very happy with the batter and the case itself is slim - I like the feel. The top piece that pops on will come off if you even look at it funny. It’s very janky. Other than that it’s good.

Poor design
The top cap will not stay onThe charger turns it’s self on randomlyIt does charge well though

automatically charge by it self
this is a great little extra battery pack however there are two things to keep in mind.1. the charge button is sitting on a angle and raise enough that when you slide into your pocket it activate charging2. for some unknow reason; if you set the phone down after some time it will initiate the charge by itselfother than those two issue seems to be working fine.
