I have six of these in my house, not all purchased at the same time but they are wonderful, most stay running constantly and are still silent.

Works great love the remote and features. Wish it had more light options or the ability to control using an app but that's my fault for not checking that but overall, I'm very satisfied with it. Great fan for price and it looks nice in my bedroom with tray ceiling.

This is a beautiful fan and I absolutely love it! However, the instructions provided are actually for a different model. The blade installation steps can be confusing, as the blade holders shown in the manual do not match the actual parts included.Even scanning the QR code in the manual takes you to a YouTube video featuring a completely different fan. That said, assembly is still relatively straightforward despite the mismatched instructions.I consider myself pretty handy when it comes to installations, but I did need a second set of eyes and a helping hand to lift the fan and secure it to the anchored mounting bracket.Tip: I recommend installing the blade holders first and saving the blades for last, once the fan assembly is securely hung from the mounting bracket.

The media could not be loaded. I wouldn’t even give it 1 star if I could. Barely had it a year &it stopped working. I had to spend money on an electrician to tell me what was wrong with it &the only thing wrong with it is the remote control won’t work. I contacted the company twice (which is in Australia) and they did not have so much as a courtesy to respond to me and tell me how I can get another remote. I even offered to pay for it. I’m very disgusted with this company and this product. I spent more $ on this fan than other choices thinking I was getting a better fan, but that’s not the case. It is the hottest time of the year & it stops working. I barely used it 10-12 times. Very upset! No help from Amazon either. As you can see in my video, the remote batteries are fine as the red light comes on. But nothing works. No light. No fan movement. Worthless. So far $400 down drain. $100 on fan & $300 on electrician install & later diagnosis.USA people—>don’t buy from this company!

Used this fan to update my master bedroom. I love that it has 3 different light colors and that you can reverse the direction of rotation from a remote versus getting on a ladder and having to press a switch. It is EXTREMELY quiet, which makes it perfect for the bedroom. Very nice looking fan on a great price. The only thing it’s missing is a dimmer for the light.

We have two of these and bought two more. They are nice fans. They a warm hue to the white and gray back drop. The remote even allows to change direction instead of having to get a ladder and flip a switch. If you order two or more fans allow more days for shipping.

We got this fan to replace an old one in our farmhouse. It has a nice simple style. Our old light was making a pinging noise occasionally that would wake me up. This fan is silent. At any speed all I hear is the air it moves. It was perfectly balanced even though it comes with sticker weights to balance if needed. I'd prefer more functionality with the light like a dimmer or colors but I'm picky and used to smart bulbs. The plastic light cover arrived broken, Im sure it was from the delivery and not manufacturer or shipper. I contacted the shipper via email and had a new cover sent no questions asked and got it in about a week. Great customer service. We're going to buy a few more.
