This book is such a great deal - it is beautifully illustrated, slick-expensive paper, opens flat, has TABLE OF CONTENTS AND INDEX!!! Is 128 pages. This does NOT have calorie, carbs, fiber, protein counts included in recipes so not exactly a "keto-style" cookbook - but that's easy enough to solve using keto diet apps where you simply enter the food and amount and the app does all the rest of the work! (I am using "carb manager-free version")

I had bought this as a gift for an avocado lover but ended up returning after I looked through the book. Most if not all of the recipes used avocado as a garnish, like an after thought. None of the recipes had avocado as the main ingredient.

This whole book is about adding avocado as a garnish. Not at a primary ingredient.

Meh. Half the recipes are just typical dishes with Avocado garnish.
