It is quiet, grinds the beans fo the most flavorful coffee ,(relatively fine) and saves coffee in the process. Also, the antistatic feature means much less counter clean up.

The only thing that would have made this product a 5 overall if there was an indicator of how many cups a 20/30/40 second grind yields. Otherwise a great product.

This grinder is quiet, quick, and really is static free! Great purchase!

I like to grind my beans for the freshist brew. This machine is relatively quiet and easy to use

It's started off great, but now after a month of use it isn't working. I have to take it apart and retry and then it works, but not all the time. Very frustrating, go with a name brand instead. The anti static feature is accurate though.

This is the best grinder I have ever used. Grinds nicely and much more quiet than my cusinart. The best part is no static so I'm not left with a mess dumping the fresh grinds into my coffee maker. I no longer have a mess on my countertop. If you are tired of cleaning up static coffee grind messes this is the grinder to purchase.

It took me a minute to figure out but I like it and it was easy to clean out

This coffee grinder does a good job grinding, when it grinds. The beans do not enter the grinder part after about 9 seconds without stopping, shaking the bean container and restarting. I can tap the bean container while its grinding and get about 4 more seconds of grounds, but if left alone, there is about 1 tablespoon of grounds in the grounds container after 20 seconds of grinding. Sent the seller an email and have not heard back. I will return it unless there is something the seller suggests i need to do differently.
