The media could not be loaded. Very easy to get going it was basically plug and play!!! I love how it has an opening door on the side so I can easily access the inside. You can choose which color you’d like or if you want rainbow. It came packed beautifully, nice and safe, and even with a checklist! It came with its own bluetooth wifi connector but for some reason after a couple weeks of use i had issues connecting (could be entirely a wifi issue- honestly cox can fight me) so i ended up getting a physical ethernet cable and she runs beautifully. I’ve been playing Stardew Valley with 170 mods and not even a hitch in performance. I haven’t noticed any overheating issues at all and I literally have my gaming setup in a small walk-in closet. The price point seems fair with it being a plug n play liquid cooled PC, and I was able to have it financed through Affirm with no issues. Noise level isn’t bad imo, starting it up did make an interesting sound but I assume that’s just the liquid cooling system doing its thing. It makes a very light humming/fan noise when running (as would any device). I waited for a few weeks before posting because I wanted to give the most accurate rating possible. After searching Amazon for the perfect PC for me for months, I landed on this one and i am quite happy. I will admit i am not the most advanced player, but I have been enjoying multiple games without issues and I have a system that will (hopefully) keep giving for years and thats all I wanted. I will update if i have any issues in the future but as of now i am very happy and definitely recommend!

A great computer. Even bought one for the hubby.

So I bought this specific model in hopes to have a better gaming experience, was really excited , I live in Bakersfield and they’re located in Maryland so I have to wait a week to receive the pc , on top of that , first day of having this , I was already having issues , the game would lag and freeze within the main menu , it kept crashing , would not even let me load into a game , I reached out to the company and I had to make a ticket for a waiting list to get assistance , within a day or two I got a call back and they said I would need to return the pc to see what the issue would be , so I shipped it back to them , they then tell me the issues have been fixed , wait another week to receive it again , at first everything was fine , and within 2 weeks I ran into another issue , it was running fine until out of nowhere the pc stars lagging and automatically sends me into the bios screen which I cannot get past , so I reach out to them again and they tell me I have to reinstall windows 10 or 11 through a usb drive and I do that but after doing that I get a black screen saying “ Missing Operating System “ so yea I would not recommend buying anything from these guys

When I first received the system, it had a faulty power supply, the 12V rail was only putting out 8.27V, which caused random shutdowns. I reached out to ViprTech, and they were responsive and helpful. I ended up replacing the PSU myself, and they offered a $70 partial refund to cover the cost.Since the new PSU was installed, the computer has been rock-solid. Great performance for the price, and it’s good to know the company stands behind their builds and works with you when issues come up.

This PC is good for beginners or those wanting to break into the PC Gaming space as a casual gamer and not have to sell a kidney. But had I known what I know now I probably wouldn't have bought this pc. I should have done more research. Not intended for hardcore gamers. Very lacking in the hardware department. I've already spent an additional $600-$700 upgrading the mother & CPU. And about to spend another $1000+ to upgrade the GPU. Would have been better off just building my own CPU from scratch. By the time I'm done upgrading the only original thing left will be the ATX case 😂🤦🏾‍♂️ I chuck it up as a learning experience. Upgrading some. Components showed me it's not as hard to just build your own and it'll probably be cheaper than buying one like this. You won't be running most games on high or ultra with this. But like I said, its OK for a beginner gaming rig.

amazing design and looks very good! Easy to setup and speed is decent for gaming. Enough storage and definitely worth the buck.

We purchased this PC for our 12 year old daughter who’s been a gamer for years! She had one prior to this and she couldn’t play the games she loves or connect with her friends on it and through her Oculus. This PC has been amazing! Was well packaged and no damages! Arrived quickly and upon opening heard a scrubbing when powered on. Checked all fans and couldn’t find where it was coming from. Next day contacted support and he was very nice and answered and responded to questions and concern respectfully. During our conversation and counting of fans noticed one that you have to be sitting down to see or looking upside down under it and immediately seen the problem. The protective stuffing had pushed the cable up barely touching the fan and was causing the issue. He told me I could pull some slack out gently and that the cables are surprisingly long just tucked behind the white side panel. Did just that and problem solved! Have had one extremely happy little girl that has had zero issues connecting to steam, her Oculus, and other high rated games! Definitely a amazing PC to purchase for gaming and other needs! The company (seller) is amazing and if I could I’d give them 100 stars!!!!!!
