I can't tell any difference in the way that I fell but I know its good for me. Its a bit sour but easy to drink.

I can't do without this stuff. After having half my liver removed a few years ago from cancer I have almost zero appetite for anything savory. Therefore I find it hard to eat enough protein (I can only stand so much yogurt and etc). I also just can't each much at all at one time. These lil pouches, despite the added expense, are just so convenient. And BECAUSE they are so convenient, I will actually USE them. I usually have one with coffee at breakfast, one in place of food at lunch and one with dinner to meet my protein goals. I put it all in my mouth at once, swallow, and chase it with coffee or something...painless. I do prefer the orange flavor. I have big bottles of this and other brands but it's messy and not as easy to use. I can keep a few pouches in my purse for times when I find myself unexpectedly kept from eating the way I like to at home (like when waiting for a loved one in an emergency room, or when traveling). The bottles are cheaper for sure but the convenience is worth something to me personally...I'm glad to have BOTH as options. I honestly haven't noticed any differences in the way I FEEL but it does feel good knowing I am meeting my protein goals.

I have been taking this product for at least five years or longer. Without this product, I would not get the correct amount of protein each day in my diet. Additionally, the collagen is excellent for keeping my skin moist and younger looking. I order the Pro-T-Gold 30oz. liquid with tasty berry flavor and I’ve stayed healthy and look younger than my age of 80. I highly recommend trying it.

Good stuff and taste ok. My only complaint is the bottle is hard to open. 1st the label was in the way. Took that off. The top is smooth and hard to open. It need some ridges on the cap. I’ve been using channel lock(pliers) to open it daily and no I’m not elderly or handicapped. Please fix this. Thank you

I bought these after my wisdom-teeth removal surgery. I had all four out—none were impacted—so the procedure was simple, but I got tired of the healing holes just sitting there and not seeing much tissue regrowth. I’d been on a liquid diet of Isopure Grape Frost (32g) and Protein2o (20g), and after a while you get really tired of drinking everything. I wanted something that could support healing without adding more liquid, and these were perfect. I tried the Berry 1-ounce packets first—they’re definitely tart, but they go down fast, and a sip of water afterward makes it easy. They’d probably be great blended into a smoothie too. A few days in, I got bored of the Berry and switched to the Orange Cream, which I like a lot more. Still tart, but super easy to take. And the fact that a single 1-ounce packet gives me basically the same protein as a 16-ounce bottle of Protein2o? Yeah… these are staying. I’ll probably add them to my Subscribe & Save because you really can’t beat the convenience.

I definitely recommend drinking this on an empty stomach at least 20 minutes before eating to maximize absorption. Helped my husband tremendously while he was going through liver failure. Doesn’t taste fantastic but he has continued to have me buy this even though he received his liver transplant because it helped so much!

I bought this with the expectectation that I will only consume this directly post gastric sleeve. However, 1.5 weeks after my surgery, I had to deal with a family emergency that put tracking my protein intake lower on my priority list. I was great with water consumption (thank God for water bottles with time tracking reminders that can be carried everywhere I go) and vitamins/meds. Pro T was a lifesaver in making sure that my protein quota was met (along with protein shakes, of course). When it came time for me to introduce solid foods, I was happy to just live off of protein shakes and food. As time went by, I found myself gravitating towards Pro T as I found it challenging to meet my protein quota. About 2 month post surgery, my family and I had to deal with another life change, which stopped me from tracking my food (most importantly, my protein intake) altogether. A few weeks after settling in to changes, I noticed I felt weak. I chalked it up to all of the emotional roller coaster I went through and the constant activity and running around I had to do with dealing with family and everyday life. I suddenly felt too weak, it was concerning. Trying hard to figure out why (besides what I said on the last paragraph), it dawned on me that I probably wasn't consuming as much protein as I did before. I wasn't tracking after the 2nd family event, in which I started feeling weak. I've lost over 40 pounds at this point. I'm lucky my hair stayed intact, though. I immediately dusted off the bottle and started to consume it again. I'm 4 months post-op and this fills in the gaps where food and protein shakes. I plan on using this strictly as a tool until I have my bearings on eating intact. As for the taste, texture, etc. I have to say it's not the most palatable, but it'll do. For being sugar free, it's overly sweet, which I initially was taken aback from it. The texture can be a bit too thick post-op (it was for me), but I'm grateful that a serving is just 1 ounce. I got used to the taste and texture after a few weeks, although I still find it overwhelming at times. As much as Pro T is super-important in my life, I have to give it a 4-star rating as I've indicated the taste and texture can be weird or overwhelming for me at times. However, perfection isn't key here, but nourishing myself is. This product is super-helpful for me to be nourished and I'm grateful for that.
