We got this for Nana to replace an old worn out rise / recline chair. She has mobility issues so it was very important that it had suitable rise assistance and the extra heat/ massage options have been a huge help for her aches and pains. This arrives in 3 large boxes. 1 of which is very very heavy. So it is a good idea to have an extra person to help with moving and assembling. Other than being heavy it is easy to assemble. The sides slot onto the chair and the backrest into the base, then just plug in the controllers and the back rest to the base. Be careful not to push the arm rests on too far or the chair will have difficulty when it rises/ reclines. When assembled it is very comfortable. It's well padded and the material is soft. It is a wide chair and when reclined almost goes flat so make sure there is a lot of space around it. I weigh 95kg / 15 stone and it easily dealt with lifting me up. It rises slowly so don't expect to be launched out the chair. The heat and massage options are brilliant. lots of different patterns, zones and intensity to choose from. Everyone in our house has wanted to go take a seat in Nana's new chair. The only negative is the support frame only site in the middle, so if you do sit on the arm of the chair it will tilt or wobble. It is only a minor issue though. The padding is also not as dense as a full armchair, but it should last a few years at least. Good quality, good value. Much cheaper than the shops. Highly recommended. My son put this chair together in about 20 minutes. The functions are really good. Have tried other chairs with rise and recline and they have been nowhere as good as this. It’s very comfortable, easy to use , fits my body perfectly. Love the fact that I can keep my phone charged as it has a port in the handset for positioning the chair. The only thing that could be improved is the head rest. There isn’t a function to move the back and legs independently so have to use a pillow behind my head for comfort. The chair came in 3 large boxes, two came 2 days after ordering from DPD, the 3rd box came 4 days later from Evri and was continuously getting in touch with them, Evri is not the best courier as far as I am concerned. Seller was very helpful and kept in touch. Overall a great chair at a great price. Am very happy with my purchase.

Love this chair. I suffer with arthritis so it’s perfect for my sore joints. I love the heat aspect so can snuggle up nice and warm. The seat is very comfy well padded. The only downside side is that the back rest is not high enough for me. I’m short in the body but I need a pillow behind my head to relax when my legs are up. Also would be nice to have the legs and backrest work independently to give the option of sniffing up more when legs are up. Other than that it’s a bargain.

This chair had been in my shopping basket for sooooo long before I was able to buy it (had to save up). I finally ordered it and it arrived over two days in 3 parcels. My son helped me slide the arms and back on (very easy) and connect the various wires and then I put the ‘dumping’ bits on which was quite amusing. Finally by 7.30pm last night, I sat in it. I have fibromyalgia which has me in loads of pain most days and the comfort I instantly felt just sitting in it and resting my arms on the well cushioned chair arms was heavenly. I will never take comfort for granted again. The various reclining positions, can’t fault em plus the rise and lift feature is also gonna be very useful on my ‘bad’ days. The heat is centred on your lower back and is very pleasant and again will be lovely on bad days. The massage feature has various settings but I think it’s more a soothing vibrate than massage but that’s very nice too. Id compare it to a baby’s vibrating rocker seat. Hopefully I’ve described it adequately for a fellow fibro sufferer or similar. I love it!

The chair is exactly as advertised. It arrived well before the given delivery date. It was easy to assemble, and well made. It has been thoroughly tested by both my wife and myself. The built in heater and massager work well.

Extremely flimsy back, metal braces bent with in days of getting it. Got a replacement back from seller and that went again with in a few weeks. Had to get full refund as this is definitely not worth the money. Metal braces that attach to base bend and warp which result in macking it lean back even when in upright position. I can no recommend this chair to anyone.

I purchased 2 of these in March after looking around for a few months. Honestly the best value around, cannot fault them, easy to assemble, well padded, comfortable in all positions & packed with features. As a slightly larger lady with mobility issues I find my chair easy to use & such a great help to me. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone... One thing though, check you have enough space in your room for the recline, we had to rearrange a bit to accommodate 🙂
