Great first impression!
I like the versatility of use for this item, which was purchased primarily as a candle warmer. It has 3 temperature settings that are explained in the enclosed instructions. Worked wonderfully on all 3 settings to release the smell of the candle. I did start at the highest, and gradually reduced the heat to test the remaining two settings. I enjoy ( as does my air purifier ) the clean way to use a candle. A single wick candle was used, but a 3 wick four inch diameter also fits the warmer. I do imagine it keeps a beverage warm also, which I will test in cooler weather!

Does the job well.
I am loving my coffee warmer! It is very easy to use. It keeps my coffee and tea hot! I have a tendency to sip on hot drinks for an hour or two. So, I love how this product has 3 settings (170, 150 and 130). 170 is way too hot for me, but 150 is just right. Sometimes when my drink is getting low, I will switch to 130. Another great feature is the timer button. I can set it anywhere from 2 hours all the way to 9 hours. I like having that control and that it's a timer that goes off. A cute benefit are the colors of the timer. Each 3 colors represent the degree of the heat. I am very pleased with this purchase and would not only buy again but give as a gift.

Space Saver
I LOVE this one. I have a rolling bed table with limited space. This one is big enough for a huge mug, VERY hot (nice abd temp. is adjustable), auto & adjustable shut off, lights for 3 different temps... but small enough to not waste space like those rectangle ones. I don't know about long term use. I just got it. I highly recommend this one. Update: On THIS product, it heats VERY well, with both of these larger cups WITH indentation on the cup bottom in MEDIUM! GREAT WARMER if it lasts. I have no idea why others said it sucks. It's the best. Happy camper. UPDATE: STILL WORKING HOW AND GREAT WITH ALL MY HUGE THICK CUPS WITH INDENTS IN THE BOTTOM. I don't know how I lived without this. I need another one.

LOVE this thing!!! NO MORE COLD COFFEE!
As a work-at-home fiction author and online consultant, I bought this warmer for my desk in my home office because I kept making my coffee, taking a drink, and getting to work...only to find lukewarm coffee for my second sip five minutes later, and so forth until cold, yucky coffee. I've also been known to eat lunch or supper at my desk and if it's soup or noodles...same result. I never want to stop working to get up to microwave it...I looked at many, many hundreds of reviews on many of the similar types of warmers and settled on this one because other reviewers mentioned its ability to not only keep warm, but reheat. I also bought it because they said it had a larger warming area and was very easy to use.PROS/WHAT I LOVE:I can confirm that this warmer does exactly what it says it will do, and what the other positive reviewers said about it!I absolutely love it and now can't imagine why I didn't spend the money earlier! The three toggle settings are very easy to figure out and do an excellent job even on the lowest setting of keeping my coffee not lukewarm, but hot warm to piping-hot-can't-drink-it depending on which temp I set it at. This will please people like me, who like their coffee gulpable at times, as well as people like my husband, who prefer their coffee hot enough to scald their tongue unless they take baby sips.IT CAN and DOES do a great job of reheating coffee that you've inadvertently set to the left and let get cold when the warmer is on the right🙄 ...within minutes (before I would reach for it again, it is hot. 2-3 minutes maybe; 5 mins tops).I love that it has an auto-shutoff feature as well. If I have not consumed my coffee, into which I have poured frothed milk, within four hours, I need to dump it anyway because the milk will be untrustworthy. You can change how long the auto-shutoff goes for, but I haven't needed to attempt this since I like the four hour time period and rarely have it on that long anyway (coffee's gone in the first hour most of the time, since it stays tasty and hot now).Because I crochet hot mats and coasters out of cotton, I decided to try my office one on top of this warmer because I just like the way it looks there (and the warmer took its spot) -- and it also helps protect my finger from the hot plate when I'm pushing the button. This warmer is 100% capable of still keeping my coffee quite hot even through the crocheted coaster. [Yes, at 170F-200F, it's perfectly safe to place a 100% cotton coaster or hot mat there; there are no exposed elements. That's like grabbing something out of the oven or putting a piping hot casserole on it (out of a 350-400F oven, per se).]I've had this warmer several months now and it continues to work reliably to the same standard it did on day one. No issues.CONS (I would give it a 4.8 rating instead of 4 if I could, but for some of you it will be a solid 4):--the toggle switch may irk some people because you always have to cycle through all the temp settings that are left to turn it off. That's three clicks, if you're on the highest setting. So it doesn't bother me at all, really. I usually have it on the lowest setting so it's three clicks when I turn it on and one to turn it off. If you want to change from the lower setting to a higher one, that's where you may have a half-second of annoyance while you turn it off and then turn it on to cycle to that setting you wanted that was probably only one setting higher than the one you had it on but you now had to click four times to get there. It cycles quickly, though, so you don't have to worry about that push-wait-push-wait-push-wait thing. It is click-click-click-done.--It does not have a wide rim around the warmer plate at the top -- it's only 3/16" (I measured). So when you are pushing the button, you're probably stabilizing the thing by putting your pointer finger on the rim, and you have to be careful not to put your finger on the plate while pressing the button to turn it off. I have small hands and fingers (and a crocheted coaster on top of it), so this has not been too big of an issue for me either.CAUTIONS:--If you have small children around (I have grandkids who visit), you may not want to leave this plugged in where they can reach it or get to it, since it does get quite hot and could burn them -- and it's VERY EASY to turn it on if they can push a button, and they have a 50/50 shot at pushing the right one. It starts out at the highest temp - 170F - and warms up in under a minute - so it CAN burn them. Make sure you unplug it if you're not right there to supervise the area.--Not sure I want to try my favorite Tervis cup on this thing. It might melt. I need to look up the temps/warnings for Tervis cups. Works GREAT with large mugs (mine are between 10-16 oz I believe), including thicker ones like stoneware mugs and thinner "normal" china mugs. I would not use it with a metal mug or vacuum-sealed metal cup like a Contigo, probably, but there's probably no harm in trying it as long as you have a hot mat to pick up your Contigo with just in case LOL. Would it heat through the vacuum insulation of the Contigo? Probably. As well as through stoneware? idk.--Thinner mugs definitely get hotter, so be careful if your mug is dainty and you like your coffee piping hot. The mug will also be very hot. Pick one whose handle you can trust to not heat up like the rest of the cup.--Some people will not like the size of this thing. It is HUGE for just a coffee cup, but I LOVE that about it. I don't have to look over at it to put my cup on it (peripheral vision is enough). It can heat up one of my large soup mugs because it is so wide and effective a warmer. If you don't have 6-8" of space on your desk for it, though, you probably won't like it. The warming plate itself is 4 3/4" in diameter; the base of it is 6 1/8" in diameter (it slopes outward from the warming plate with that 3/16" rim down to the wider width of the full base). Keep in mind that it gets hot enough that you don't want your computer cord or any other electrical cord or plastic things where they can accidentally fall onto the warming plate while it is on. The sides do not get hot in my experience so you don't have to worry about that part -- but mine is right near my computer's power cord and some USB ports, so I have it situated so the cords are held firmly and tautly above it by 6" and can't accidentally get bumped over onto it or fall onto it.

Hot tea at my desk!
Product works as it should. I like that there are different temperature settings as well as an auto shut off even though it shuts off after 6 hours. I’ve never had it on that long but for those who are forgetful, this warmer has your covered. Not all mugs are treated equally so as long as you have a mug that fits within the circumstance of the hot plate, you’re good.

This is a keeper
Love this warmer. I make a pot of tea and it keeps it warm all morning while I work. This is a great option for tea drinkers.
