The probiotics capsules arrived yesterday afternoon and promptly took one. I didn't feel any difference when I first started taking these organic probiotics and I think I need to give it a little time. I resumed a bit of my usual movements about week later. I am blown away to how much I have improved! This prebiotics and probiotics is awesome. I have always had health issues for around 4 years and watched my food intake etc. This herb probiotic for me hits all the right numbers and works very well. I have such hope now, having this probiotics for women and men work so well so quickly. All I can say is that my stomach has stayed clear since taking this herb probiotic. I have been taking these for over a year now since my gut issue that landed me in the hospital! I was told to "up" my fiber and pre & probiotic intake. I also stopped taking apple cider vinegar first thing in the morning which I now believe messed me up. I love this product and will continue to take it. My HbA1c also is very good. I haven't tried many probiotics cause I'd give up on it after the bottle ran out. I found this probiotic that works. I wake up with a flat tummy and it stays like that all day. I'm trying to stick this probiotic to my diet cause I just feel great. After using this probiotic, I don't have this big belly anymore that makes me look 4 months pregnant. One with my first meal of the day and if I feel ok after lunch then I'll take the 2nd pill with my dinner. If my stomach is feeling icky during lunch then I'll pop in a pill then & skip the dinner pill. The 30 days are not up yet but I'm def getting another bottle probiotic. I really hope 6 months from now this probiotic is still working for me. 🤞🏼
