I will recommend this product. Worth it. Effectiveness, sticky, easy removal

Decent tape. The serrated edge makes it fairly easy to tear. It sticks well and is nice and flexible. However, it's very porous, so even a small amount of water soaks the tape, and putting it over a cut immediately showed that blood through the tape. I guess it's the nature of the material used.

I've used zinc oxide tape before, to prevent or to cover foot blisters, but hadn't use fixation tape before. Zinc oxide tape is 100% effective. I found the fixation tape very good for holding padding in place where I wouldn't necessarily want zinc oxide tape, so the pair combined in one pack is a great combo. Would highly recommend.

I thought I would try this instead of my usual Leuktape combi tapes. The paper tape is fine and adheres well, but the oxide tape is simply not up to it - falls off after a day or two, compared to Leuko tape 4/5 days. So a false economy and I will not be buying this again.

Got this pack to help support and protect a hand injury, and it's been brilliant. I've now had a few different tapes from Sporttape, and I've been impressed every time. The packing and presentation is great, with clear instructions if you're unsure how best to use it. The tape is excellent quality, and has exceptional grip to it. It is more expensive than other alternatives, but I've found I can use much less of it because it works so well. It's easy to remove, and doesn't leave any awful residue that needs cleaning. Highly recommend it.

This is a premium zinc oxide tape, and most importantly one that doesn’t leave any residue behind. I hate having sticky discoloured skin after extended application, and this doesn’t have that issue at all. The material quality is also great and it does the job as good as any tape I’ve tried. The price with the included fixation tape is £15, which is certainly not cheap. However, I have to say they are both excellent quality. If you see them for £10 then definitely give them a try.

I used this tape in myself to try and get some relief from my plantar fasciitis pain with quite pleasing results. I applied an L shaped piece from the back of the heel to the sole of the foot, followed by a piece in a U shaped covering both ankle areas and finally a figure of 8 shaped piece from around ankle and the foot. My foot felt very supported, it still had movement which didn’t feel restricted. I feel such a fool for ordering this tape after watching the video of the product and application which is shown in the information pages. I was unaware that this tape is for professional use and not a simple diy at home application. The guy in the video certainly knew his stuff.

This was quite good quality and it's so easy to use, it's quite good at sticking down securely and it's perfect for the injuries, highly recommend.
