The rechargeable AA Solar Batteries work great outdoors in my Solar Lights. It lasted a year let me see if we do another year. Sometimes these batteries last longer.

The first night after charging all day in the sun the solar lights were brighter than they had been, even were on the next early morning. Ever since they haven't been as bright and are never on into the early morning hours when still dark. They make the lights brighter than the old batteries that were a couple of years old but do not seem to be going as strong. Hope they at least keep working for a couple of years like the old ones that came with the lights. Price is fair as 12 for about $15 if I remember right.
