Should this be refrigerated? What is its shelf life?

Thanks for your question! We've suspended the fermentation process and have added a minimal amount of food grade preservative, so there is no need to refrigerate the product. We've recently started induction sealing each bottle, so once you receive the product you should be able to use it without worrying about it spoiling.

How to use? It says spray on clean hair and rinse, so I need to wash and spray and rinse? Cant leave on hair?

Thanks for your question! Ideally you'd want to spray onto clean hair so that the compounds can bind to the hair & scalp, but it's not necessary! You can also leave it in your hair if you don't mind the natural scent.

Does this help with hair loss?

I’m no expert. From experience it has improved my thin hair and I see regrowth. Been using about 1 year. Additional info: they’ve had issues with the spray nozzle and they told me they are working on improving this. Suggestion: after spraying remove the nozzle and spray what’s in the tube back into the bottle. You don’t want to waste the product, am I right? Put the nozzle back on and turn the bottle upside down and spray ( pump it) under running water. This seems to unclog the sprayer. I hope these bits o info help. Give it a try.

Can you leave this in?

Thanks for your question! It's perfectly safe to leave this in, as long as you don't mind the natural scent in your hair as our product doesn't have any added fragrance.
