I had this book ages ago but misplaced it. It was very helpful to me then and I wanted to refresh my memory with the information. I also had gone to a pharmacy for the Lugol solution because back then you couldn’t find it already made. I have low thyroid and wanted to see if it would help me. I can’t tolerate many of the drugs prescribed by my doctor so the natural way to go is more helpful. I’m starting it tomorrow. Started the honey and vinegar today. I’m 86 years old and I believe GOD has led me to start this regimen again. It helped me years ago and I believe it will help me now.

J.Crow's Lugols has a real good healing ability for wounds for some reason. It is also very good for your thyroid, but do drink your 1-3 drops with no less than 8 ounces of water or juice or it is hard on the kidneys. Also, drink it always with a straw only because it is very hard on your teeth. This can be used for radiation protection for the thyroid, and hormone balancing. That said, I cleared up a very severe cold/bronchitis using 1 drop of Lugol's in a nebulizer with distilled water - which is also recommended treatment for lung cancer. Logol's should be researched by more peopel due to all the things it actually can do - including cleaning bad estrogen out of the liver. Plant-based Estriol, or estrogen 3 (Estriolle), is the estrogen replacement therapy that should be used if you are supplementing estrogen at all; and natural progesterone should be used with it (progestelle) to counter negative dominence that can happen by using estrogen alone. Firstly though, clean the bad estrogen out of your liver.
