Iβve been using these chia seeds for a while now and Iβm honestly impressed. The seeds are clean, fresh, and puff up really well when soaked. I mix one table spoon of this & Flax seed powder in a glass of water & keep it overnight to soak. Drink on empty stomach. Helps me in keeping my tummy full. Less calorie intake & results in weightloss. Remember, just by having this you wont lose weight. Keep moving mate. Walk a minimum of 8000-10000 steps a day. Consistency is the key. Dont expect overnight results. Trust the process & keep grinding.
