What is the length of each resistance band?

Unstretched they are about 82 ish inches. They are all the same length but they are different thicknesses and widths for resistance

I assume you wrap the strap around the bar for pull up assistance but how do you secure it to your leg or knee? Are there loops on the ends?

I am not sure how you plan on using these bands. If using for a pull-up, you would just set you knee or foot in the loop. I personally use them alone without wrapping on a bar.
