I never thought there would be any fixing my gut issues after years of taking immune suppressants. I had tried so many things that didn’t work, but here came EMMA! I watched the entire video, and then I wondered if it was just a gimmick like the countless other things I have purchased. It took about 6 days, but on day 6 a single BM occurred. Then again on Day 7! I can’t even begin to tell you what an immense positive change this is. I purchased this product after watching the video of the doctor that said she did all this research and found the perfect ingredients to soothe and hydrate bowls for regular movements. She was very compelling, but I still had to do some of my own research on way I was having this issue in the first place. I started to learn that my gut microbiome was out of order. Candida overgrowth is my suspicion, so I've completely changed my diet; no carbs, sugar, dairy, fermented foods, fried foods, certain oils, no alcohol. And started taking these supplements along with 500mg of caprylic acid. I take one of each with breakfast, one of each for dinner. After about 3 days, I started experiencing movement (just gas at first). There was quite a bit of bloating, but I expected that as I starved off and cleaned out the candida, releasing its own games as it died off. Then on the fourth day, I started having bowel movements! First one in the morning, now I'm having two movements a day while I clear out, haha! They are not complete movements yet, I feel I have a ways to go before I'm cleared out and regular, but I feel great! I'm losing the bloat and the extra bump on my lower abdomen that I can't ever seem to shake, and gaining waayyy more energy! I seriously recommend this product, but also that you find out what your gut biome has too much of. If you're not sure, bioHM sells an at home stool test you can send them to find out. Then you can find out what you need to avoid eating, and the supplement combo you need to take. I wish you luck! This journey is a tough one, but it's worth it!!

I have tried so many different things for my IBS. Several probiotics that gave me no results. I was very skeptical when a friend recommended this I started off taking once a day & it gave me a stomach ache. I switched to evenings/nighttime & worked my way up to 2 pills at night & that seemed to be much better. I cannot believe how much difference this has made with my stomach issues. I went from getting sick around 5-6 days a week to maybe once or twice a month. And most of that is my own doing by eating something that I know irritates my stomach. These have been a life saver for me & I highly recommend them to anyone with persistent stomach issues that has been to Dr after Dr like me with no results. Don’t give up…just try this for a couple of weeks & see if you feel improvement!

I was surprised, but this does work for me. It was not quick, it took about 30 days for it to really kick in. I still do take 1/2 a dose of miralax occasionally, but mostly I just take this product first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, take a shower, have a cup of coffee and go.

I'll be honest, I was a bit skeptical at first about this product. Like you, you probably got hooked into watching the video making promises about this product and that this particular Dr. unlocked the secrets to a healthy gut. You went in with the intention of hearing how she accomplished this quagmire when if you're like me also, have tried everything to just be regular!! Well the video if you made it all the way through announces that this is the product that was formulated after much research. Honestly, once I found out the name of this product I immediately looked it up on Amazon vs. purchasing through the website that is part of the sales pitch if you stuck with the video all the way through. All this to say that I started off with 1 capsule with my breakfast and the second capsule right after dinner. I stopped everything else I was taking like the probiotic, fiber pills and other products that were to help with what I was experiencing. I really wanted to see if this product alone did as promised. Well I can honestly say that "YES" very enthusiastically that it does. I've been using it now for almost 2 weeks and within 1 full day of taking the capsules each day I feel like a whole new person!!! My gut feels lighter, not feeling bloated at all, solid evacuations with less time in the bathroom. Given the cost of the other products I was using the value of a bottle of Emma is well worth the cost of it. I do prefer purchasing off Amazon due to the savings in shipping but I'm not sure comparatively how much it is from ordering directly from the website. I will continue this regimen as it's working personally for me. It's worth a try!!
