Great for making data cables. The GMRS radio in my truck has a detachable face plate and allowed my to shorten the remote connection to keep my cable run nice and neat :-)

Great quality fittings. Love the pass-through design. It makes terminating the ends so much easier. Had no trouble getting nice crimps onto these.

I needed to make some phone cables and that’s where these ends come to play. I took a cat5 cable and used half of its pairs. Using these ends and a crimping tool, I was able to make a phone cord. So far, the phone cord has held steady in keeping our landline up and running. You can’t beat the price, and the feature of pass through is a great value in accomplishing all your old school phone needs.

This review is for the 6P4C version. I happened to use a couple successfully on a test cable, but then I I noticed when looking closely that all 6 pass thru holes are there they are just missing the outer 2 crimp contacts. No issue if you double check before crimping that the wires are centered with the outer most holes empty. I happened to order the 6P6C versions too and since these will be used to terminate cat5/cat6 cables in use for bonded DSL, I think I will use the 6P6C and install the outer 2 wires instead of cutting them off, less chance of making a mistake. I found on the test pc that I made that pulling the outer jacket back and cutting the unused wires off shorter than the cover makes more room to fit the jacket into the end of the connector. It could be tighter on the 6P6C connector.

Works as intended and being the cables thru helps correct any pairing errors before crimping, saving time and parts.

I don't know how I did with out this product for so long. Pass thru crimp connectors is the only way for me to keep the conductors in the correct play. Thanks for a better product.

They arrived on time. Some of the gold pins rotated when slid in crimper, so i had to rotate back in place, never had that happen on any type of connector before. But in the end they crimped on, just have to check to see if solid connection now. Physically they dont haul out so that is good
