Great price performer, easy to install, and really superior support during installation. Ask a question, get a very fast response with pictures to help you with the installation.The remote wireless adapter really works and is very easy to install. I can log on anywhere I have cellphone coverage, start and stop the split mini, monitor the temperature. And, for me, because I have off grid properties, it is an easy and effective to know if the power is up.

Followed directions and video I found online. It was easy to install. You do need an HVAC tech to vacuum it though. Very quiet and seems to work great. I need another for one more room.

This kit is beyond Simple to install and comes with everything you need to install it except for an AC pump to drain the lines except for an AC pump to drain the lines. A refrigerator pump will run you around $100 to $150 which still is a lot cheaper than purchasing a mini split kit that comes with pre-refrigerated lines which will cost you over $1,200. Both indoor and outdoor units look great and blow Antarctic cold air even during Arizona's 120 degree summers, cooling a master bedroom to 70° easily and rapidly. If it seems too complicated to install, believe me it's not. There are countless YouTube videos that have step by step instructions on how to install these units including draining the line set. If you're looking for Wi-Fi connectivity they do have a Wi-Fi USB stick for these units, but I recommend purchasing a separate smart AC controller from Cielo or sensibo as they have a lot more features within the app. The Cielo smart AC controllers do not have monthly subscription plans in order to use all the features Sensibo units do so I would definitely recommend this Cielo over Sensibo units. I also have Central AC and install this in my bedroom as the AC unit is getting old and is no longer able to fully cool the entire home. I have not noticed any major change in my monthly AC bill which is also a fantastic feature.

I just got this installed and it works great, I think if my central air in the house ever goes out, I'll replace it with a mini split in every room. Cost would be less and more energy efficient.

Perfect for my wife's new office space. We had it professionally installed in a few hours, had a cool work space for her. Definitely would recommend!!
