I got this because I always feel like I have fluid in my ears and when I've gone to the doctor they told me they could see it. I wanted to see myself and see if I could clean some of it out. The kit itself comes with everything you need and I like that it comes with a pouch to store it in. It charges via USB C and it charged pretty quickly, I think. I do think it's kind of strange that it connects via Wifi and not bluetooth but that's not a big deal. The app you use to view it on your phone is very easy to use and very straightforward. The picture quality is also really, really good. Like, way better than I thought it would be. I also think it is great that is waterproof so I can wash it after use. I'm not sure about the earwax removal tools because I've only used the scoops but I think that scoop works well. I also think it's great you can use this for other things, like looking in your nose, throat, etc. I get bloody noses and it's helpful to see where the bleed is coming from and now I can use this for that, too. I think it's weird to be looking in my ears and nose but it is useful lol.

Just received the Smart Visual Ear Cleaner and used it for a few minutes after the initial setup. Great lights, crystal clear cameras and very easy to follow instructions. I will be buying 2 more for my Kids and their families. Well worth the money and I can't wait to really put it to use. The camera is good enough for finding and removing slivers, putting gems back into rings and much much more. A steady hand is a must.

When my hearing reduced in one ear, I used peroxide to clean out the earwax. When it didn't improve I called my ears noses throat doctor for an exam and cleaning. The soonest I could get in was a week. I got this on impulse.It sets up simply and works as described. REMEMBER your eardrum is fragile. This camera/scraper is good for ear passage walls, or examining if more peroxide cleanings are needed, but DO NOT CLEAN THE EARDRUM with it. If it hurts, STOP !

This was one of the nicest cameras that I've seen in one of these for an entry level scope. Well worth the money. It took a moment to find the app you need to use for it l, but it is still in the app store. The qr code that came with it didn't take you to it like it was supposed to. Just type "itimo" and it will pull up.I love it and am very satisfied though.

Will it does exactly what I needed for. I am not willing to show anybody pics but i can tell anybody that the picture is clear and solid. What I did struggle with is, aiming the camera straight in my ear canal, carefully with a clear sight of entry, trying to avoid hitting my eardrum or causing impacting. That was very challenging and perhaps another person is needed to do the job. Honestly, I had to stop and used a large syringe that is used for wax removal. After I did that ear wash, I used the this device to finally remove all of it.. now my ear is clean and unclog...It does come instructions, it's easy to set up. You will need to download their app. The device it's self is solid. The blue tip is attached solid and I didn't feel that it's going to come off. It comes with extra tips. The light is bright enough to see what your doing.One thing I didn't like was that it needed to connect with the wifi. I thought it was going to connect with Bluetooth, it's wifi connection. Hope this help with your buying decision.

The media could not be loaded. It’s hard to maneuver in your ear to actually get all the way in, so I bent the metal piece back and was able to see better (I don’t suggest this, because it might snap off in your ear) Anyways as u can see I was able to see the wax. I wasn’t able to remove it with this device but used some debrox and an ear aspirator n flushed it right out. The scraper is good for minor wax that isn’t too far back. All in all decent product.

I was having a problem where I was having difficulty hearing from one ear. My problem was not every day so I thought I would try this product to see if there was something stuck in my ear. I regularly clean my ears but this device allowed me to see what I was missing. The device was easy to setup with my phone, the image was very high definition, which allowed me to see everything. It took some practice maneuvering while looking at my phone but I am very satisfied with being able to clean my ears without damaging my ear drum

DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND!!! once i realized this wasnt working to well, i bought another one that was more safe, that’s how i got this footage as my new ear cleaner came 2 hours later. this brand is full of lies, doesn't change light strength, dies in like 20 mins, no safety feature for how far to go, the camera is a PIECE of garbage, the tips break easily, slide off which happened to me…. there were zero instructions about ear safety just to set up the app… these are our ear drums so we need products that are SAFE!!! before i am sharing the truth of the product, i reached out to the seller sent him pics, videos, no response. they don’t care if you’re stuck with having to go to the ER, spending hundreds of dollars to get there stupid tips out that even if you follow the instructions to tee. don’t buy it. the sellers obviously don’t care. unless your super desperate and don’t want to spend more for a better one. DONT spend $20 more and get a better brand with real customer service. just warning others this product did to me and the hundreds i lost getting it taken out…posted pics of it stuck in my ear and video trying to get it out. FYI at the ER it hurt like a bitch to get it out.
