Very good low-carb noodle option.
These are probably the best low-carb alternative noodles I have tried. Konjac tends to be a decent option but it's very hard to fry them well enough to get the texture right. Kelp is way too tough, almost crunchy, with not a pleasant flavor. Veggie noodles are always way too soggy. Egg white noodles are also way too soft. These take some work. Eight minutes to boil them in water (with about a tablespoon of salt) but they taste like real noodles and texture-wise they're quite similar. Without doing independent chemical analysis to determine if the nutrition facts are accurate, I'm willing to say these are quite good as a low-carb option. It would be nice if there were a bit more of them in a package, but they're about 85% of the way to a perfect single serving.

Follow instructions and they have great flavor and texture. Nearly identical to regular ramen!
I was really apprehensive about these. So many times the low carb items are so disappointing in texture and flavor. I'm happy to say that these are an exception! I followed the instructions exactly. It does take an extra step or two. But it was completely worth it! The flavor and texture was nearly identical to regular ramen noodles in my ramen soup! These are a bit pricier, of course, than regular ramen but for the low carb, low sodium aspect, I'll keep buying them. I'm going to try them stir fried and some other cooking methods as well but I can tell you that for ramen soup, which is how I eat them 95% of the time, these were a definite win! The serving size was perfect for a nice bowl of soup. They only take about 8 minutes to cook. Then you strain them and rinse them in cold water. You put them in your ramen soup at the same time that you would normally put in the dried noodles. It is a separate step but it wasn't much of an inconvenience. I use dehydrated vegetables that take a little time to rehydrate anyway so I just prepared these noodles while my veggies were rehydrating in my ramen pot. They were not mushy at all and soaked up the flavor of the developed broth really nicely. These are a win!

Healthier alternative for ramen noodles
Iโve ordered them quite a few times and was never disappointed. Theyโre perfect in a stir fry and also very good for soup. If youโre looking for a healthier alternative to ramen noodles, this is for you!

Don't bother
Between two households and my classroom I use Amazon a lot! I rarely write reviews. So I feel like that means something when I feel compelled to. This item is false advertising at its best. Sure. It's four carbs for 1 oz of noodles. 1 oz! It's half a package which is like nothing. So if you're low carb and you eat a full package for eight g of carbs, it might be worth it. If your keto... You'd have to budget this in for sure. As someone who's been low-carb many times. I know this is a typical scam in the low carb offering. And maybe it's my own fault for not reading the description close enough. I hope this helps someone else avoid the mistake of buying these. If you're thinking you're getting a whole pack of noodles for four carbs, you will be sadly disappointed. Even a full package is maybe half the noodles you get in a regular ramen package. Fyi I posted photos, I have small hands lol

Best noodle replacement I've found so far
If you've been on the hunt for low-carb noodles for a while you know that NONE of them are a direct replacement. There's always a trade-off. I have tried several products, and this one is my favorite so far. BUT, let me give you some tips on how to make them: -The package says to boil them for 7 minutes. Do 8 or 9 and they will be much softer, comparable to al dente pasta. The texture is far better than konjac noodles. -Do not use the water you boiled them in for broth. A lot of odd flavors end up in the water. Dump it out and use a nice broth or just season them with no broth like I did. -The flavor is kind of eggy to me. Not bad but a little odd. Use plenty of seasoning or a flavorful sauce and you will be happy. For mine, I used a chicken ramen flavor pack and some chili oil, which was just enough. Keep in mind that these aren't store-bought spaghetti and you'll have to experiment and put in a bit of effort, but it's worth it. I have a feeling a lot of the bad reviews are from people who were expecting Barilla pasta or just can't cook. Btw, the bowl in the picture is two packs cooked out of the six.

Good noodles but the price is artificially inflated.
This is a good low carb substitute. It's a little off in flavor at first, not bad off just different. but you can quickly adapt to it. It's main problem is that it's too expensive. The same company has another ramen for half this price that seems like it's got slightly more carbs but the noodles look and tastes the same. It's got the exact same ingredients listed for the noodles. I THINK that the only reason that other product has more carbs listed is because it includes a packet of ramen soup base whereas this is just noodles. It makes me think they are price gouging because they can list this one as lower carb when in reality it's the same noodles.

Ramen Noodles are back for me!
Ramen noodles are something that I crave, and they simply do not work for me as a Type2 Diabetic. It has been 15 years! These really worked! Not any noticeable impact on my blood sugar and they tasted good-- real! The serving is half a packet- and that was enough! I have tried making low-carb noodles, that have always been a lot of work and disappointment. I can have Ramen again! My husband tried them as well, and thought they were superior to the normal Ramen that he eats. They are pricey. At $18 for a 6 packs, half a pack is one serving that is $1.50 per serving. Definitely do-able if I don't have them every day. Thank you for this!

Zero taste and over priced
I really, really hoped these would taste good. They have absolutely zero flavor no matter how much you doctor them up. I like al dente, but this simply has a weird texture. I tried them in a Ramen dish, and I even tried to make spaghetti with them. Both were a complete fail!
