刃はいわゆるグレーター（西洋おろし金）。目立てが一方向なので順目に撫でれば食器用スポンジで洗えて衛生的だと思います。 金属とプラは接着されていて隙間に水が入らないのもよい。 繊維がカットされて下に抜けるので、スジばったものが残りにくい。滑らかに仕上げたい食材に向いています。柑橘の皮やナッツにも。

刃は切れ味いい方だが、容器との一体感が少し寂しい。 底面に滑り防止等の気持ちも欲しいかな

別売でも良いので合う受け皿も一緒に買えたら買いたかったです。

ほんの少し,生姜やニンニクをおろしたい時にとても重宝してます。掃除もしやすくおろしたものが直ぐに洗い流せて使いやすいです。 蓋も付いていますので歯で手を傷つけることもなく収納出来、またコンパクトなので収納スペースも要らないので良いです。
