This items are packaged to where they will rattle around a lot during shipping. The red paint chips very easily and arrived like the photo attached. The black paint in the rings however do not show any damage. The shackles themselves seem to be high quality and worth the money, but you may need to repaint the pins.

Pretty cheap 2 were boxed together which made the paint chip off in places doubt it was real powder coat
