Perfect replacement for stock key fob, you can even put the gmc/chevy back piece on the new piece to make it seem more factory, very easy to put the circuit board from the old one into the new piece.

To replace this FOB through a dealership would have run me between $50-$75. Our original FOB was gross (bought used truck). Timeliness from order to arrival was perfect. Really easy to set up new FOB. DONT FREAK WHEN YOU GET IT AND ITS JUST THE SHELL! You will take your current “brain” and transfer in to this shell. No reprogramming vehicles.

I was happily surprised when I opened the package, it’s definitely an upgrade from the fob I had. Switching over was easy, just open both fobs, take the board and battery out of the old and place into the new, close it up and you’re ready to go !

Works with my 2014 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali.
I replaced the worn out key fob that came with my used truck. It was easy to install. Works well so far. The old one had all the labels for the buttons worn off. The old key fob took a bit of work to get removed. I would recommend this as a good replacement for a worn out key fob.
