Excellent product for the price, which arrived promptly and as described in the Amazon overview. I have no hesitation in recommending this product.

I ordered this product to try out on my mum, who has been waiting two years for two knee replacement operations, she got to the top of the waiting list but the hospital has put her on hold as they have found she has developed type 2 diabetes, she has been given medication but I hoped, by monitoring, this machine may help her to bring her levels back to normal by keeping an eye on things herself.Both my mum and I have no prior experience of using a Blood Glucose Meter but have found it very simple to use, the instructions are written in clear and concise English so were easy to follow. The meter comes in a useful hard case and with batteries supplied. The fact that the machine stores all readings is going to be a very useful feature as she will be able to show it to her doctor and hospital consultant when she notices her blood sugar levels are back to normal, and in turn hopefully get her back on the hospital waiting list a bit faster!Overall I think this is a well made and easy to use device and is deserving of the 5 stars I have given.

Never received. It is showing as delivered, but it wasn't. This is an essential health item, not a joke. I needed it today.

..... it's sensible to be able to take instantaneous measurements....perhaps? This test kit has returned a figure of '6.2' as a late morning reading - which is reassuringly on the low side of the threshold value. Have yet to see the variance during daily food intake, but initial thoughts are that this kit does give a useful indication of instantaneous blood glucose, rather than the long-term average reported by the medical records. It might actually help one make judgements about what it is that really bumps-up the blood glucose. A study 'in progress'!

All these trips give an error message!!!! None of them have been used so I’m obviously not happy they cost as much as buying a new set with reader

El aparato es facilísimo de usar y con una muy buena precisión. Las tiras son muy económicas, para la tecnología que utilizan. El pinchador, aparte de cómodo, bien ajustado al grosor de la piel de nuestros dedos, es indoloro. La caja/estuche es fantástica; cómoda, organizada, y ante todo muy segura para lo que te encuentras por ahí. Estaríamos ante un producto; bueno, bonito y barato.

Ein Gesundheitsprodukt, auf das viele Menschen angewiesen sind und da kann man schon mal etwas mehr „zulangen“.Ich verlange ja nicht, dass man die Teststreifen verschenkt, aber die Hälfte des Preises wäre immer noch angemessen. Glücklicherweise muss ich nicht täglich messen, wer aber muss, na dann, Prost Mahlzeit.
