The media could not be loaded. This is the first one I’ve made and I made it in a confection countertop oven. I think I need to tweak the time or temp but overall I love it! I wish they would give better time and temp instructions for making it in a press or oven but overall I love my new tumbler!Update… these sublimated well, my tweak would be if they could spend a bit more and give a better lid that would be resistant to spillage. It does not contain the liquid if the tumbler tips even half way. Another issue is that they come with a nice individual box but once the handle is put on, it no longer fits in the box so you are forced to give your gift without a box.

Sublimated beautifully!!! The screws are a little annoying to put the handle back on because the screwdriver is a little longer and doesn’t fit through the handle. But made it work and loved it

So they sublimate well. They come each in a box with a detached handle & screws. However. The nice white box they come in don't fit the finished mug. And there is no way I'm going to gift or sell these as an incomplete product. So there are stars removed for wasteful packaging and that I have to toss the boxes. It's a shame.

EASY TO ASSEMBLE! Took less than 1 minute to attach handle. Others say hard to attach handle but really took me less than a minute to attach. Sturdy, customer happy, I’m happy, sells well! Will definitely buy more!!!

It held the sublimation print beautifully

I really need the cups & can't send them back so I don't know what I'm going to do..but each cup should come with 2 screws for the handle..I got 1 screw per cup..if I use the screws I have 2 cups are unusable..which means I paid for 4 cups & 2 have to be thrown away & nooo straws..not 1 cup came with a straw..WASTE OF MONEY!!!

Easy to wrap and sub. Colors pop off! The customers love these!!
