Easy-to-manage control with heat range and timer adjustments. Surprisingly high-quality material and craftsmanship. No need to worry about buying this for your sore neck or shoulders. It was a great purchase for me.

Purchased this for a friend that has been diagnosed with spinal stenosis. Our cold weather climate was exacerbating the pain in her neck. She tried this neck & shoulder heating pad and loved it. Makes the pain tolerable in this cold weather.

I was so excited to use this product when it arrived only to find it had a USA plug on the end and won’t fit into my electrical socket. So now I have to go out and buy an adaptor so I can use it. Not sure if I missed this fact in the small print, but as I ordered through Amazon Australia, I assumed it would work in this country GGGRRR!
