It's a good condition, well made 14" wreath in a pretty box in which to store it away for next year; can't think why this was a returned item! The lights are pretty on the wreath, drawing positive comments from our visitors as it lit up our doorway and made Christmas that little bit merrier and brighter. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another, especially at the low price I paid!

40cm wreath purchased: The box was 27cm in size, even by time maximally opened it out it was still 10cm smaller than advertised!!

Not great at all. Several pinecones had detached and were loose in the box when it arrived. It doesn’t look like the pictures. There is no visible hole in the middle (from the front view). The back is just cardboard so it doesn’t seem very sturdy. The lights are also really flimsy and hard to attach. Overall, poor quality item, I didn’t send it back as I needed something for the front door and couldn’t be bothered with the hassle so just kept it.

The wreath arrived damaged, one of the baubles has been glued on cracked so the manufacturer would have been aware that it had broken but added it regardless and also glued over the crack.There are also glue threads all over it which looks really untidy and they don't give you anything to hang it with and there are no hooks on the back to attach string to etc.Very disappointed, I don't normally buy items on Amazon without prior reviews but I thought I'd give it a go as it looked so pretty on the picture, will not be doing it again!

Nowhere to attach anything to hang it with. Smaller than it looks. no batteries. not worth £19.99.
