I never thought I'll start seeing the results from the first week itself after taking this I am sleeping like a baby earlier I found it hard to sleep even after lying on the bed it took me at least one or two hour to get sleep now I just take it after I mean and as soon as I hit the bed almost in 30 minutes I'm dozzed off to sleep and then wake up in the morning as per my schedule and I am feeling a more energetic and overall balance for highly recommend this.
