I absolutely love this pocket notebook. The metal cover is excellent quality — sturdy, sleek, and durable enough to handle being tossed in my pocket, backpack, or car without bending or getting beat up. It protects the pages perfectly and gives the whole notebook a premium feel. The size is perfect for everyday carry. It’s compact enough to fit comfortably in my pocket, but still gives me plenty of space to jot down notes, reminders, ideas, lists — anything I need throughout the day. I carry it everywhere now, and it has quickly become one of my most-used items. The included pen is a huge bonus. It’s surprisingly good quality, writes smoothly without skipping, and fits snugly into the built-in holder so I never have to scramble for something to write with. The convenience factor is honestly one of my favorite parts — everything I need is right there together. Whether I’m at work, running errands, camping, or just trying to stay organized, this notebook has been incredibly useful. The build quality, portability, and thoughtful design make it easily one of the best pocket notebooks I’ve owned. I got this because I wanted to get back in the habit of writing notes down physically again instead of relying on my phone. I also wanted to keep this near the bed in case I have any ideas or weird dreams I wanted to write down. It is nice, feels solid, sturdy, and well made. You don't realize how small it is until you really hold it though. I need to learn to write better and smaller to make better use of this. You can fit it in almost any pocket or pouch though. It is super small and super slim. The pen fits nicely as well. Buy it if you need it.

the product is truly great, i keep it in my bag to take notes on the go and it’s very sturdy. i love that the pen holds it shut and is very snug in the holder. very good value and it’s very straightforward to use and works great. BUT in the listing pictures it literally says “thicker sticky note paper” which makes it sound like they’re sticky notes but they aren’t. why would it say that?? it’s just paper. anyway, i’m also concerned because i have no idea how i’d replace the paper. there’s 60 sheets so it’ll be a bit before i have to worry about that but when i looked it didn’t seem like there were any options that were 2x4” (idk if it’s 4x2” or if that even matters sorry) so i’d just have this weird piece of metal left over that i can’t use for anything if i couldn’t find a replacement. so if you think you’ll use every page and need replacements i either wouldn’t get this or i’d make sure you could find refills before getting it.

Decent guality for the price.. The pen itself is designed very well as a solid twist to open pen with nice ink flow. The book itself is also well made. And yet in the end, for me, it's useless due to the obvious way the pen, used as a book locker, falls out of the book!!!! What were these ENGINEERS thinking!!! There is no "nub" or anything to keep the pen in place once set to lock! This defeats the purpose for anything except sitting the notebook on your desk! Taking the book as something portable implies that a "part" engineered not to fall off or out every time you move/use the book. Imagine those of us who use a Samsung Galaxy Note with absolutely nothing to hold the pen in the phone once inserted after use!!! That analogy holds true here. I'm happy I only wasted $8.00 on this thing.

Handy notebook for purse or pocket

This is the second time I've purchased the Small Pocket Notepad. The Notepad takes up almost no room so it easily fits in a pocket or purse. The design of the case allows the pen to keep the notepad closed (so the paper does not get torn up) and means you always have a writing instrument available. This is a great product!

I got this to jot down notes (shocker right?) the paper is nice and the pen writes well. I really love the tactile feeling when the spring opens it up after pulling the pen out. The only downside side is the same thing you see in the other reviews. The pen does fall out, the pen keeps it closed, but if it gets squeezed together a little bit, then that little bit of a release of tension allows the pen to slide out. I saw in another review someone said to put a piece of tape on it. I put a very small bit of duct tape at the very top of the pen and now it works perfectly.

Occasionally I find metal shavings when I open it up to write notes. Edges are also a bit sharp, I had to file it down with an old rag. Looks sleek, but for this price, I would've expected the quality to be better and come with refills. Paid $19 AUD. Not particularly sturdy either, feel like someone could be bend it in half if they wanted to.
