Caveat emptor
No Introduction Card & Certificate of Authenticity - there's a surprise. Box, cheap and tacky, broken on arrival. It's heavy and quite interesting, it could be what's advertised but equally it could be a piece of iron slag. However, after a bit of research including Google Lens/AI image identication it does seem to be a piece of siderite / Campo meteorite. Has anyone tried contacting the seller?

No authentication certificate
I have no way of knowing if this is real as no certificate is provided. I see I’m not the only one on here with this issue.

Don’t bother
Very tiny meteorite. Box broken on the back. And no authentication paperwork included in the package

I bought two of these and they did not come with the pictured certificate of authenticity. These are not real - the give away was that they were also exactly the same (same form, folds, crevices, cut faces, etc). Listing has been edited since I purchased to say (in the fine print description, not in the heading) that this is not a real meteorite but is formed from a mold of a real piece of meteorite. Magnetic picture and picture with cert are designed to be misleading. I would not have ordered as currently listed, and it still looks meant to make people believe it's authentic.

It was only 9 grams. Came with nice display case

Despite what the large print headline claims, this item IS NOT a meteorite! Read down further in the description and you will read that it isn't an actual meteorite. Don't be fooled. It is actually a simple worthless paperweight.

Great paper weight, extremely heavy for its size.

I liked the information card explaining where it was from etc. I thought it was a great specimen for a great price.
